Secondly, how can I see the exact values of the strain and the stress in any place, not by the scale of the heat map. I want to point every place and know the stress/displacement.
I do see the scale in the right side, but still I want to see the maximum value that occurs.

Solidworks has separate plug-in for flow simulations and i belive this would be best for what you are trying to model.
