240g (1.5 cup) Bread Flour
1piece (55g+-) Egg
5g (1/2 tbsp) Instant Yeast
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
150g (10 tbsp) Milk
30g (2 tbsp) Unsalted Butter
2. Butter Piece :
120g (8 tbsp) Unsalted Butter
Nonstick Pan size : 8.9"x4.4"x2.2"/22.8x11.3x5.8cm
Put the Dough at warm place ferment for about 150 minutes，Temperature28-29°C
170°C (340°F) convection bake for 25 minutes
🍞No. 2
1. Dough
300g (2 cups) Bread flour
4g (1/2 tbsp.) Instant yeast
25g (2 tbsp.) Sugar
1pc (50 g+-) Egg
145g (0.6 cup) Milk
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
20g (1.4 tbsp.) Unsalted butter
90g (6 tbsp.) Unsalted butter
2. Topping
Egg wash
200°C (390°F) bake for 10 minutes, then 180°C (355°F) bake for 6 minutes

1. dough
300g (2 cups) Bread flour/All-purpose flour
140g (0.58 cup) Milk
45g (4 tbsp) Sugar
2g (1/2 tsp) Salt
20g (1 tbsp) Condensed milk
4g (1/2 tbsp) Instant yeast
1piece (50g+-) Egg
20g (1.5 tbsp) Unsalted Butter
2. Butter piece：
120g (8 tbsp) Butter
3. Topping
Egg wash
Mold Size：6x3 inch 15cm
170°C（340℉）baking for 22 minutes, Then turn to 200°C（400℉）baking 5 minutes.

160ml (0.68 cups) Lukewarm water
3g (1 tsp) Instant/active dry yeast
12g (1 tbsp) Sugar
300g (2 cups) All-purpose flour/plain flour
2. Pastry dough：
12g (1 tbsp) Sugar
100g (11 tbsp) flour
100g (7 tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
3. Topping
Sesame seeds

I'm in Montevideo, Uruguay right now, mid August 2022. I purchased a loaf of this type of bread about a week ago at Confiteria La Corunesa. The only difference was it was twisted & baked as a loaf, rather than folded & baked in a pan. It must be a specialty item only available in limited quantities or on certain days because when I was back a few days later they didn't have any on the shelf. I didn't ask. Also, pretty much ALL the bakeries I've seen have little tiny 'croissant' looking rolls (about 3" long) made of the same layered bread. IMHO, the bread & pastry here in Montevideo is equal or better than the goods I saw in Bordeaux France this April......Oh, I didn't finish the video. There are the croissants now!
Unless I'm mistaken, this is basically Brioche dough that's made by adding the butter in a sort of puff pastry manner. (Actually, I'm not being as thorough as I should here. I haven't compared the exact recipes for both doughs. But I am sure the stuff in this video from Uruguay is a bread, NOT a puff pastry. Exact taste difference doesn't really matter as long as you follow the recipes to get the one you want.) Not as difficult or precise as puff pastry, but it makes wonderful bread.
