There is no such thing as being "good" at for honor. Just like you cant be good at guessing coin flips. Its a game that doesnt involve skill, its just pure random guessing. So unless youre scripting, you have no control over whether or not you win or lose a match. Its all about picking the more broken hero
I sure hope he does put her in his favorites, but judging by his older videos, he uploaded a lot of videos as PK. And he's got her Legendary gears so I'm guessing he likes her a lot.
Nova is the opposite of kenzo, start the match by ganking, and after he slowly starts to 1v1, kenzo simply start by 1v1 and if the opponent gank, he does the same.
2:46 how I counter this is by targeting them and light or heavy (depending on character) but you have to back up. You have to find the range, it’s weird. trial and error.

For the most part not really, if you want an extra little advantage then yeah run a high hz monitor but when it comes down to it, fps is the bigger focus

"honor" just means giving the enemy a chance to win. And if they win? Its the "honorable" persons fault. All fights are about having that slight edge over the opponent.

In my own personal opinion, it does make reacting to lights and bashes much easier. So you can parry on reaction much faster than making a read
