@@conradburdette Well lightspam can be countered easier on PC But tbh reacting to lights on PC is pretty hard too Well after the CCU you can't really react to any lights anymore Maybe to Highlanders But overall you now have to predict them And I tried to go into training and get the parry timing down again like before the CCU But I can't react to them anymore So lightspam on PC also sucks Especially with characters like Glad, Nuxia Zhanhu
Hey novaking, I don't know if you'll see this comment, but I just wanted to say that you're a huge inspiration to me! I know it's kind of silly, but in terms of for honor you're the player I strive to be. You don't get tilted really (unlike me) and are very good at the game. You pretty much are the reason I picked up orochi and got them to my second most repped hero! Anyways, just wanted to say thanks for all the content you make, especially in a game that isn't played by to many channels.

Players like Setuaro ruin this game, not a single one of his points made sense nor were true. Its one thing to be salty when losing its another to be like he was.
It makes me feel bad as a Nobushi main to see people like that have become the stereotype. Spamming lights and obvious attacks and then make excuses when they lose. She's a hybrid character, not an assassin. She's not built with a varied kit for full offense.

peacekeeper gets better kit and big bleed damage on top of regular damage, berserker gets a pizza box worth of hyper armor and all orochi gets is a standard heavy unblockable on the end of a combo as a finisher which is standard for the others aswell, she allways gets pooped on and the only time they touched her in a postive way was the unblockable and the minescule 33ms side dodge lights considering i didn't mention her nerfs that came with some of her reworks i will say that i still can't believe theres kids still complaining about orochi to this day, toxicity aside nova is highly skilled and anyone who says otherwise is salty or needs alittle concoction.
When are people Gonna realise that deflecting is hard, took me nearly a month to learn how to learn to deflect with orochi and took me even longer to learn how to deflect with PK

Not going for the obvious choice is often a simple way to mix up you’re opponent, I use a similar strategy, it sometimes allows you to open your opponent up in a way you couldn’t before, the whole idea to this game especially post ccu is to be as unpredictable as possible, say they parry you’re attacks constantly throwing the unobvious attack may lead them to think you’re next attack will also be more unpredictable
Orochi has the same damage values on top and side heavies (excluding the unblockable). That's why it doesn't matter which side, and it's useless to get a wallsplat with orochi.

Option select is when a play try to do a counter attack ie parry and a normal attack like zoning the game would think you are trying to parry so it will give it to you but if there nothing to parry the game will give you the zone attack in stead with is harder to react then a normal heavy which is what a parry attempt is supposed to give you
Why does no one of these people know what turtling is? Turtling is when your opponent does *nothing* and just *waits* for you to *attack* so they can counter your attack and get damage in. With parry, deflect, crush and counter or whatever. Nova is attacking, he isn't doing nothing. Sure he waits from time to time but we all do that, because Stamina management or just planning your next move, that's totally normal.

As an orochi main myself, I’ll run into the most annoying people ever. I deflect them a few times in one round so they just won’t even throw any attacks, and wait for light parries. Now before you defend and say, “throw a few heavies” that doesn’t work when people watch the animation. For example, when someone feints multiple heavies and throws a light, I can tell when the light comes from the animation. People need to understand that orochi can’t function well when he can’t rely on his opponent to attack. Turtling is orochi’s Achilles heel. Edit: I came back to say that I’d rather describe the type of people I duel as not annoying, but meticulous.
