Ayur mana mala, thrissur For high end there are many resorts in alapuza . Almost all resorts in allepy have Ayurvedic treatments too. One is there in kochi name aster.

This was really Nice & Peaceful resort to reduce our Stress & really great healthy food which they offering Like pumpkin Halwa was looking very tempting
I like the Ayurveda center that you visited. Next time if you do visit again make a entire video of how they make the oils and all for various massages and all. What ingredients they used. So its really helpful if we can do that at home also rather then going out.
Dosa, sambar and chutney is my favorite type of Indian food. It is harder to find where I live in America. Mostly we have restaurants with Northern Indian cuisine.

Expensive... Is ayurveda supposed to be so expensive that too in India...not worth it....n so much water prefilled in bath tub....it's a total wastage.... Chennai is in water crisis...n here in Mysore ppl Are taking bath in tub
