Marlene Dietrich: "Ich bin von Kopf bis Fuß Auf Liebe eingestellt" ("Lost" Version: Berlin, 1930)

- Marlene Dietrich recorded "Ich bin von Kopf bis Fuß Auf Liebe eingestellt" from "Der blaue Engel" -- probably her most famous song -- for the first time in Berlin in February 1930.
The record company, Electrola, either damaged or lost their master after the record's first pressing, because they asked Dietrich to re-record the song several weeks later, and used this second recording for most of their reissues. (The second version was issued under the same catalogue number as the first, but the matrix number was different).
This first version was recorded on 2 February 1930, with Dietrich accompanied by Friedrich Hollaender and his Jazz-Symphoniker.
