- Cala Blanca is a luxurious 4-bedroom residential villa nestled within the unique villa hotel, "Biombo Secrets," just 800m from the shore in Pererenan, Bali. Part of a curated collection of villas, it exemplifies thoughtful design to maximize space, privacy, and natural integration.
The villa's plot spans 450 m2, with careful consideration given to layout and orientation. The elongated design optimizes visual amplitude and privacy, with a sole parking area and common entrance shared among the villas.
Upon entering Cala Blanca, guests are greeted by a spacious living area featuring a high-sloped timber ceiling, seamlessly blending kitchen, living, and dining spaces. Biophilic design principles are evident throughout, with lush greenery integrated into the interior, promoting physical and mental well-being.
Spread over three floors, Cala Blanca offers four luxurious bedrooms, including a grand master suite on the first floor with a spacious terrace. The basement houses entertainment amenities such as a speak-easy bar and state-of-the-art cinema room.
One of the highlights of Cala Blanca is its architectural pool, crafted with custom marble pieces and designed to resemble a turquoise beach. Set amidst a mini jungle of coconut trees, the pool area exemplifies the villa's intentional dialogue with Bali's tropical vegetation.
Overall, Cala Blanca harmoniously blends timeless Balinese allure with contemporary sophistication, using architecture to foster a deeper connection with nature and elevate the living experience.
