    James Digiacomo (who plays Frankie) stole every scene he was in. Love that kid!

    When I saw the movie, first thing that hit me in the core was loneliness. That loneliness cured with tender love. It's a great movie for sure. I still can't pronounce the actress name til date, I call her now 'The Brooklyn Girl'.

      I can't either, and the director SAYS her name at the beginning of this video. I rewound and played it over and over, and it sounded like sushi, swarshi, IDK, "the Brooklyn Girl,' it is, then.

      So it’s spelled Saoirse. When she’s at home in Ireland, she pronounces it Seer-shuh, but when traveling she teaches other people to say Sir-shuh because it’s easier.

    I was told that Italians don’t use a spoon when eating spaghetti.

      Italian here. Some do, some don't. I do it to avoid splashing the sauce on my clothes and to adjust a good quantity of spaghetti on the fork, so that when I eat it, I can keep it classy and not look like a workman. If you look again the scene, Tony cuts the spaghetti with his teeth: some do that too and I don't like it, it's not classy. Cheers :)))))))

      isn't it ser-sha?

    • @briannam7780
      @briannam7780 6 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      he pronounces it as "seer-sha" which is correct, it has a few different pronunciations in Ireland so ser-sha and seer-sha are both alright
