    Loan cannot be approved beyond 75%, even in 10-90 plan, 25% has to be paid by buyer. Kindly fix your calculation accordingly.

      The calculation in sheet is done according to 10:75:15
      10% Booking amount, 75% bank loan & 15 near possession. Pre emi calculated is at 75%
