Good thought, but sadly no. ICl has exactly the same number of electrons as Br2 (70) As long as the electrons are similar for 2 molecules, the fact that there is a second/additional stronger type of force as well as vdW becomes the most significant
👍 I searched through old past papers until I found ones I liked the look of. The questions are usually in the Bonding topic, so if you searched by that you'd have lots of questions and some of them would be about IMF
