Next video: falling into an unstable wormhole that collapses midway through your travel.
It's the same video, it just abruptly ends half way through 😂
Great idea
YES!
Yes please!
In startrek they touched on this it was similar to the telipad going wrong your body would brake into atoms and be scattered across all of the universe

Cosmic horror
It's a shame the indestructible suit does not protect you from psychological damage. That guy didn't make it past there with his sanity.
About time we're going to suffer from Amazing Digital Circus syndrome with that suit. At least you don't get "abstracted" unlike in a computer as one of Caine's participants for adventures.
Eh idk seems pretty comprehensible to me so uhh skill issue i guess?
Also, assuming I piss myself, where is that going?
@@rdsyafriyar what are you saying 🤔? You've got to work on your writing.
You've got the words, but you're not using them in a way that makes sense or sounds natural to most English speakers. It feels like you wrote this comment with an AI.
The best way to explain how he loses his sanity is through a Steven king book.Yes a Steven king book where a kid is gonna teleport to mars and he has to be unconscious when teleporting or he’ll lose his sanity. The kid doesn’t listen teleports without being put unconscious and when he gets to the other side he says “it’s eternity in there”.When teleporting you can think of all thoughts and all thoughts that would exist.Thats how long it takes to teleport and that’s how long I expect wormholes to work.
What Stargaze is trying to illustrate at the end of the video is that the other universe at the other end has different laws of physics, but the indestructible suit is preventing the character from becoming perturbed.
not sure if that’s right since wormholes could only lead to different points of the same universe
I believe to different universes as well. It was indicated in the video. At the end, different effects of the laws of physics to the one that was travelled from seem to imply the traveller has entered a separate universe. I may be wrong.
I'm thinking more that because us (A 3D object) had just passed through a a wormhole (A 4D object) both our body and mind are being altered. The suit can't protect us against it because it's made of matter (3D) and not whatever the 4th dimension is comprised of.

Just discovered this channel today and spent over 2 hours falling on planets and other space thingys I love it! You are doing an amazing job, thank you for this experience!
Same, but it also encouraged me to finally try SpaceEngine.
I appreciate it! Welcome aboard❤🔥
I think this is probably one of the most terrifying visual interpretations of a wormhole that I've ever seen. The subtlety is disturbing, like you just accidentally go into one if you're in a position that you can't see the distortion or something.
Ohhhh, this one's disturbing, specially considering wormholes are one of the potential methods for long-distance space travel. Just thinking it could collapse when you're on it... chills! But not worse than turning to see the wormhole once you passed through and see yourself (!) on the other side, imagine that.
Why do people do the (!) thing?
@@Jake_Gotthardit means It's making fun of it for exp;
Man, you did great (!)
-this means that he did bad

I do it for extra emphasis on something rather than make fun
I felt uncomfortable the entire video, and how slow it was made it worse
This is hell.
1:59 the thought of a wormhole taling you to a different universe is genuinely terrifying. There is no telling what might happen to you if you warped into a universe with completely different laws of physics and elements.
If the other universe had different laws of physics a wormhole wouldnt be able to exist in it since wormholes are based on our laws of physics (space-time)
I'm assuming it's unintentional but at 4:43 it looks like there's two glowing eyes appearing in the wormhole that legit freaked me out
At 4:55 it looks like a bat at the top of the screen lol
Reminds me of a horror game called "Stares Back" Look it up, its interesting.
I'm pretty sure it was intentional
@@steampunkburrito Just downloaded and passed the whole game. Thought it would be scarier but yeah those two stars in the middle of a wormhole do look similar to the images you see in the game.
@@zakerdoodle he thought he could escape batman with the wormhole...he was wrong

Damn that's pretty nice doom guy suit, I'd like to have one 😅
Whatever was on the other side of the wormhole is getting it's ass beaten, no questions asked
IIRC the FTL suit is a different one from the exploration suit
However, it can not protect you from the psychological effects of being converted into 4D like it did at the end.
Do you mean light sensitivity? _Sensibility_ is a completely different thing.
Yeah no kidding
“Indescribable. Inconceivable. It was like a galaxy within our own. My mind was doing what it could to rationalize, make sense of what I was witnessing. It was beautiful beyond my greatest imaginations, but at the same time… it was truly terrifying, as the very walls of reality itself close in around me, and for the first time in my life… I had no idea what was about to happen to me.” -A character in a book I’m writing witnessing and approaching a wormhole.
This video captures the beauty, and the horror, of these things so well.
Your writing is truly eloquent and stunning! I love the pacing and grammar you use! It reminds me of my own writings. I hope you continue to pursue creative and expressive literature and perhaps even share your works somewhere! I'd surely love to read.
I especially love the vague nodes of cosmic-horror implied through the text. :D
Nice writing dude!
Excellent dialogue!
put some equations in there to actually describe what's going on
You do one thing better than all the other simulation videos - the creept music vibe AND the last glimpse, helmet turn panic as you fall into the abyss. THATS what adds the fear element i just cant look away from
My theory on what happened at the end (Though it was probably just an artistic choice) is that because we are a 3D object passing through 4D phenomenon, that it started to alter us into a 4D state. The indestructable suit could not protect against it, because it too is a 3D object and was also being affected by the effects.
Wormholes fascinates me for this unknown duality they have: should they actually exist, they could be a useful way for us humans to actually travel into deeper space, but they could also be something even more dangerous than a black hole...
Ngl how would it be more dangerous than a black hole? A black hole actually has gravity pulling you and there's really nothing to be done once too close. I don't think worm holes actually pull or force you closer unless they collapse and become a singularity, which means you might be able to get out of its path.
@ONCE_BUT_TWICE_FOREVER i wasn't talking about how you could get inside the Wormhole, but of the danger of what could happen inside of it. In a Black Hole you can get crushed/spaghettified, while in a Wormhole you could possibly end up into the literal unknown, with possible dangers that our own psyche would struggle to understand.
Imagine being transported into another universe where sounds and colors are too much intense for our senses. That would drive you literally insane and to me that’s more scary than being disintegrated into atoms instantly
Yay, a new video from Stargaze!
The music really sells the cosmic horror vibe you're going for. Wormholes can exist in our universe, but they don't occur naturally. The idea of using one, no, even CREATING one feels like you're tampering with something you shouldn't. Something that, if tampered with too much, can and will end very, VERY badly.
The last time someone opened a wormhole it caused a multi-galactic civilisation to take over and cause doomsday
Ah.
@ Scientists be careful
If this is true then maybe I and you if we did open one could harm or kill themselves or ourselves: how?
Aigt so
1 opening a wormhole might let a universe w different laws of physics, other stuff or not objects or etc whatever have a direct and strong interaction with the things present in our universe. It's like when a thing made some kind of contact with another thing and whatever can be dissolved by the things (compound[s], chemical[s] molecule[s] atom[s] subatoms[s] subatomicules[s] (a example of a a single , one itself subatomiculic item is a "top" quark, bc It is a piece of an atom I think? A piece of existence on a other level of portion but a level of part lesser than a quark would be minisubatomiculic piece.
Basically the sh from the other....... Whatever could obliterate matter / energy - space - time ? In the parts of our universe that it touches.
2. Maybe If the ( ) on the other side of the wormhole has mass and energy and space and time, that before the opening of a wormhole ? Existed but only with different laws of interactive existence, there could happen ( ) ?
Idk
Stuff could dissolves
Stuff could changes
Casuality may be able to be violated
Time may be edited,
Space may be edited.
To open a wormhole means I MAY have a chance to get my ex , back before her {current?} Bf and her first got together?
Wish I and her had met in a certain setup y'all. I looksupleveled (looksimproved) ab 5 mo after she left me and I wish I was just nicer to her.
I would have loved her for the rest of my life and given her so much happiness 💕
😢💔
But I haven't been able to turn back the solar winds of what we have called "time" in this universe in the temporal past. If I did, then time travel is / was / will be possible for this universe. Id have to go somewhere / sometime else and find a girl like her but not her herself.
Even the word term itself "shawty" could and may mightr one day vanish and disappear....
WHOA! Didn't expect the element of cosmic horror at the end. Nice thrill... you should look into some cosmic horror stuff
I dont understand what happened in the end?
@anonimai different laws of physics if the wormhole lead you to a different universe
@@anonimai since this is about falling into a wormhole, which can lead you into a completely different universe with it's own strange, uncanny rules of physics, the end gave us a look at the different kinds of strange existences separate from ours. This plays into a form of cosmic horror, to enter the unknown with no sense, idea or knowledge of what you're getting yourself into.
That last, eldritch one, DEFINITELY gave creepy, infernal vibes. Space literally split itself right before us. The cosmic cluster at the end, almost had like a facial structure present, as if we were confronted with a terrifying entity.

Plenty of that on the channel if you ever need more
The thing about wormholes that I’ve always wondered is, if you did travel through one what would be the next step? How would you figure out where the closest star is or where anything is? I feel like it’s like literally getting dropped at a random point in the ocean and trying to find the closest land mass.
You would definitely need some form of technological advancement to be able to pinpoint where you are in space, how far you are from your original location and where the best idea to go would be.

The ending is best described as "spoopy".

@ 4:33
You realize you’re intact, and you can’t tell the distance from what you passed through. Then you come to grips you’ll only be logging yourself. And it’s not that it’s just you. It’s the time it could take to find that log to be heard from again by another like yourself. You’ll be stuck contemplating how such a space-time band, or what force from wherever, could sustain to pose a risk for you to survive through. Ashes fallen on burning wood are still ashes if not rocks to magma.
You would be in a state of _confirmation bias_ run by some molecular level of faith. You would be swirling telling yourself such event was logged begging it was heard back. Then you would just be maddened by the log escaping its time reference from being heard by anyone. You become a subject of hearsay in attempts to retain any reach between humanity. Then one day you’ll look at the phone, multiplying the distance between you answering it from hearing or needing it, and you’ll be so fixated to reach towards the stars or the emptiness between them. Then you feel, that out of falsehood of such a distance, measure was closing down on something elsewhere. And perhaps the same pattern in logging reached another generation out of print. Supplying reason, chronologically, about nothing and the limbo that follows.

I love that music, i had to share this to a buddy of mine, we're both composers and he loves horror music, this is rigjt up his alley
These are such awesome videos. Keep up the sweet content 🤙
I imagine it's theoretically possible to find a wormhole that leads to the very instant the Big Bang happened, meaning it would look completely white from the other side due to the sheer intense heat. The opposite is true, a wormhole that looks like it leads to complete darkness, which is the total heat death of the universe.
If we progress enough as a species to create a reliable and safe way of generating our own wormholes, we would be able to conquer distance as we could just go from one distant part of the galaxy to another, or even other galaxies entirely within the blink of an eye, and potentially even travel back in time!
I love showing your Falling Into videos to my students. It is very relaxing and interesting.
Talk about scary. Now I really want to watch a horror movie about space haha.
Ok i gotta ask now... 1. Can you fly around the wormhole to the other side. 2. If yes, can you loop around to the opposite side of where you emerge and go through again? 3. If yes, where would that then take you? Where you originated or some third destination? Im not passing any judgements or trolling or anything like that, im legitimately curious 🤔
the other videos are all very beautiful and fascinating, but this is the first stargaze video where i feared for my life, despite being curled up comfily in bed, nowhere near an actual wormhole
Your content is quite captivating
Did someone else felt.... Weird by the part where you come out of the hole? Like... The way space comes back into place, it made me feel like something pulled it back into place, like something alive and sentient pulled it back in it's place....

Good thing the universe is unfathomably big so youll never run out of planets to fall into lol
Just watching this, there's no way i'd be mentally ready to go anywhere near that. No matter how safe it is! I love to think that when you're in the the middle of the "doorway" and you look up, side-to-side, and down, you have more options than just doing through the wormhole like this. You can travel into the "doorframe" rather than walk through it.
Well, I hope everyone remembered their indestructible space suits!
Gentleman, it’s been a honor and I thank you for your service.

▼Wormhole▼
is a hypothetical structure which connects disparate points in spacetime. It may be visualized as a tunnel with two ends at separate points in spacetime (i.e., different locations, different points in time, or both). Wormholes are based on a special solution of the Einstein field equations. Specifically, they are a transcendental bijection of the spacetime continuum, an asymptotic projection of the Calabi-Yau manifold manifesting itself in anti-de Sitter space.

I assume it's something like going off the road
My theory: The Edge of a wormhole is a portal to a: Black hole, white hole or another universe.
Touching it would send you into the fourth dimension going across universes, your 3D brain cannot comprehend it,
The edges are like teleportation, a point in space which uses 4D space to go beyond the limits of forward, backward, up, down, left or right and send you to another universe.
You just can't that's all

Worm holes are something that has always terrified me. Perhaps it's because my brain just cannot understand it, or it's just the idea of being consumed by something and not knowing what is on the other side...
These are wormholes, not black holes.
@@TakezoKensei95I never knew there was a difference, my apologies for mixing them up!
This is so creative! Its memorizing!!! 🍥🌀🍥
I assume since the closer we are to the event horizon, time will move faster from our perspective. If we are 'able to look backward' and still 'able to see' stars behind us, we will watch all stars as if they are moving in accelerated fast-forward state. We can see stars dies and new stars are born within seconds. This fast forward view will keep speeding up until almost reach unlimited speed as we pass through the event horizon.
In black holes at event horizon time slows down instead. I guess wormholes have different time laws.
@@pumpkin.lantern.mp8. From the perspective of a person far away from the blackhole watching a person flying in, he will seem moving slower and slower until finally stop. On the other side the perspective of a person flying into a blackhole looking back outside, everything will look as if moving faster. However, that is all only on the assumption of theory General Relativity. If we also add the theory of Quantum physic inside this case, watching a person flying inside blackhole. He will become blurred until totally merged with the background color. As momentum drop, the probability of position a particle become uncertain. On the other side if that person is looking back, he will see nothing. The light from stars behind him will be so blue-shifted, they will be out of the spectrum of visible light range.
Well. However all of those theories are just prediction because nobody has ever try this experiment before.
These videos keep me going
I wonder if different dimensions wether it's in space like a Black Hole/Quasar, or on land like the Bermuda Triangle or Romania's Hoia Baciu Forest. Would different dimensions harm a person?
I guess I have a few questions about wormholes after watching this video. If anyone could answer that would be great, I'll check back in a few hours.
1. Do Wormholes have a "pull" factor? Like with Black Holes and how they are constantly pulling objects towards them. Would you be pulled in or just have to actively drive towards it by yourself?
2. Would Wormholes produce an insane amount of radiation? I know space itself already has insane amounts of radiation but I guess I'm curious if a human could even pass through a wormhole without dying from radiation.
3. At 3:27 there appears to be a distant black line along the center part of the screen, could you theoretically fly towards that and enter it? What would happen if you do?
Thanks!
So ... do we ever make it home???
Do we have our special suit to help us survive till something rescues us???
