    a very useful and good explanation of SSB part, especially the quick hint part from min 24, because I was confused about the difference between offsettoPointA/KSSB and AbsoluteFrequencySSB/AbsoluteFrequencyofPointA

      Thanks, Vipin a lot; in short, we have two types of raster; Channel Raster and synchronization raster; Synchronization Raster: indicates the frequency positions of the synchronization block that can be used by the UE for system acquisition; For Example, synchronization raster is introduced in 5G to use higher steps compared to channel raster; example synchronization raster uses 1.2mhz( and larger), this means UE will do the blind scan every 1.2mhz step until he detect the SSB.

    I just want to point out that the SS block frequency raster tables are in MHz, not GHz.

    Would be great if you add raster functioning while scanning for desired ssb

      Good idea, it was going to better if i addressed the scanning function “Synchronization raster” in the SSB Scanning part” in the beginning of the video

    Thank you very much for such informative videos. I have a question in 'Frequency offset approach/method 1' of frequency domain allocation. How does the UE know length of ss/PBCH block (in terms of number of RBs) ? From offsettopointA and kSSB it can only know the starting RB location of the ss/PBCH block right ?
