The Tornado 250 has a beautifully compact, DOHC, 4 valve, carb engine (2000's design), and very well proven over time. It has 23 hp, alloy rims and swing arm, and nice suspensions. The design of the swing arm's linkage on off road bikes is something very important and something hard to achieve most times, in the new XR 300 (as well as XTZ 250 for example) it is very exposed to rocks and stuff (on the Tornado 250 this design is just perfect). This bike does not make sense. The CRF300L seems like a better dual sport. This looks like the dirtbike version of the Sahara. This bike would make more sense as a pizza delivery bike in the central south american regions for half the price it is being offered at now. Look at the tires. They look the same as the Sahara. This states to me that this a low budget dual sport and not a true throw back to original XR offroad lineup. Honda should definitely work on their naming conventions.
It is ugly. and should be a 400, if Honda would have made the XR400 for duelsports they would have sold a bunch of them. It is a little to late now, there duel sport market is pretty much covered in about any style. Thank you for watching our videos emilio
It is assembled in Argentina but produced in Brazil
This bike will sell very well in Argentina

@@SuPreMeBikeRs exactly your welcome ,I hope the Sahara XRE 300 is also assembled in my country again because at some point it was also assembled here.
24 HP 🤔🤔 come on now! We need at least 40 and it would sale like hotcakes! GUARANTEED! everyone agree??
To have 40 horsepower we need an engine of about 500cc
This new Honda does lack a little more power
Thanks for commenting my friend Billll
a big huuuuuug
No, we don't.
I like it except for the fact that it has too much computer crap on it. I'll will stick with the oldies that can be fixed in the garage for cheap.
Electronics in the manufacture of current motorcycles is almost mandatory 👍👍👍
Although I also prefer simple and functional things!!
thanks for commenting Lucassss
I have a Honda crf 300l and a Honda xr 650l so I'm definitely looking at test driving this new xr 300l.. Can't wait
What nice bikes you have my friend
However, I believe your current bikes are superior to this XR300

very nice bike.i'll wait of its arrival in philippines.
Thats right my friend, this bike has a beautiful desiggg
But I tell you that it will be very difficult to see it outside of America
For the Asian region Honda has the CRF 300 available
Thank you for watching our videos Roberttt
@@robertojryson4844 Greetings Roberto, I’m a retired Californian that lives part time in Cebu. My CRF 300 is a superior bike in design, but poorly executed. With upside down forks and water cooling, it starts with a modern foundation. With modifications, suspension, power and diet will come out ahead of the XR.
I do appreciate this TH-cam content with everyone’s enthusiasm and input.
This will be a best seller. It will be an adventure bike and very affordable.
That's right! This bike will sell very well throughout the American continent!!!
It is an evolution of the XR 250 that we had been waiting for for so many years!

Suzuki raider 150cc at 19hp can run a top speed of 155k/h. Is the engine made in china?
🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
Hahahahahaha
They are completely different motorcycles
You can't compare a speed naked bike with an enduro bike
Summary of current competition:
Yamaha XTZ 250 is more economical and better for riding in the city and using it every day, comfortable for long trips
Honda XR 250-300 Tornado is more for dirt, although this new one will be more for asphalt
Kawasaki KLX 300 is very off-road, although it is good for daily use

You are right my friend!!!
Personally I like the style of the XR300 moreEEE

@1:25 you just said it yourself, what comes out from Honda Brazil it will stay in Brazil, maybe it will be sold to some other Asian countries but certainly not in Europe. So forget it that it will make it to US or EU.😢

Thanksss x Commenting Broot
Exactly! This bike could totally take off in the Americas and even hit up some Asian markets, but it's gonna be a struggle to get it into Europe!
In the United States, the Honda XR150 is already available
This bike would suit me perfectly, but unfortunately Honda does not import thèse small single - cylinder modèles into france

Unfortunately this engine does not comply with European regulations!!!
In Europe the brand has the CRF available!!!

Its design is very striking 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Needs a few more horsepower. Its probably fine foe single or dual passenger only . The crf needs a 350
Thank you for commenting on our video Mike
Yes sir, this Honda has little power but it is more than enough for an enduro!
Which do you prefer? The CRF or the XR?
A big hug my friend mikeee 👊
@@mikewilliams6086 For more power, 550 Performance will reflash your ECU, CBR cams, big bore kits, etc.
I should like this but the design fail i cant get over with, exhaust not in ideal position for saddle bags and long trips, it is supposed to be an adventure themed bike, also that cable over the dash wtf
The design is suitable for off road and enduro!!!
For long trips there would be the Honda Sahara 300 versionn
If you plan to equip suitcases on a motorcycle, it would be best to look for a more comfortable and more travel-type option!!!
1970s kMX 125 24 BHP

@@SuPreMeBikeRs mid Atlantic...I get by with a little help from my algorithm
Ya just over 5k USD but then you have to add 2k for dealer BS which is why my last bike was not a Honda.
Exactly. The MSRP of the CRF 300 is supposed to be $5300, but the dealer nearest to me wanted $7100. No way I'm paying that much for an underpowered bike.
@@MrWilson812It’s not underpowered, it’s 27HP for a 300cc. It’s what it’s supposed to be. If you compare it to a 450cc, then you’re comparing apples and oranges. 🤦🏻♂️
And the reason the price is jacked up is because they are so goddamn popular! They don’t stay on the floor for long. Everybody wants one.
That’s why you’ll be paying the difference in increase repair bills. 😅
@@gerrycout7845 I have a GPX FSE 300r. It's a completely street legal enduro with over 30 HP. The CRF 300L only has a 283 cc engine and has 27 HP. And the GPX was still cheaper.

greeetings Chick ⚡✌️
That's right my friend! It all depends on the launch price!
But in my case, since I want it more for the city, this XR300 is perfect!
This Honda XR300 is a more urban version at a more economical price than the CRF
Obviously Nick! the CRF 300L is a far superior bike 👊
As for the manufacturing components, this Tornado meets all the expectations of a dualSpiort motorcycle.
Don't forget to subscribe Nick ✌️
It is ugly. and should be a 400, if Honda would have made the XR400 for duelsports they would have sold a bunch of them. It is a little to late now, there duel sport market is pretty much covered in about any style. Oh what could have been, The Brazilian-made motors are pretty good, Heck the Chinees copies of the xr250 motor in the KTM copy chassis and suspension for about $4100 makes a good duel sport for us old guys who are not really blazing down the trails.
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO, I started riding/racing an xr258 in the 80's bar none the most dependable motor ever made.
The market for 300cc motorcycles is booming right now!!!
In Latin America Honda sells many dual-purpose motorcycles and with this XR 300 it will not be the exception!!!
Now CFMOTO has also introduced dual-purpose motorcycles with very affordable prices!!!
