If you are allergic to wheat, make sure your oats specify gluten free. Bob Red Mill make a great one. Other things with hidden wheat are soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ect.

The presence of these antibodies may not be an accurate or reliable marker of food sensitivity, especially because many other antibodies and cell-mediated reactions may also be involved in food sensitivities. i had very similar results a couple years back, found out it was because i was experiencing heavy metal poisoning. After a few rounds of chelation therapy 95% of mine went away. Had literally 70-80 intolerances. Can also be caused by gluten (leaky gut syndrome)
Hi Regan, awesome videos, day in the life stuff is great. I think you should get a second opinion on these test from a different doctor to compare... especially the rice test. However, dairy and gluten are two major foods that I believe the human body has an intolerance to, just some people show more symptoms than others. At the end of the day it depends whats symptoms you get after you eat a certain food, the easiest way is to just to your own two week test by eating say bread for two weeks or milk, then stopping it for two weeks to see how you feel before and after.

I have a nasty rice intolerance/ allergy as well. My stomach started to feel full for longer than usual, then I got bloated, then my stomach started to hurt and my gut health got bad, then I started to sweat nasty body odor all day for no reason. Cut it out for 6 months and now I can enjoy 1 meal a day with rice.
@Regan-bro--you could be allergic to just about everything due to chemicals in food-rice has arsenic in it and all grains have chemicals. If you have the money-switch to organics, i wrote to you a while back to take a test as you and Bumstead display similar symptoms.

You should check further into that...my son did a food allergy test, and they can be next to useless if you have another cause for inflammation markers to be high. In his case, it was Crohn's. Bottom line, there may be another reason for the food allergy test results.
Have you considered now or in the future to hire a nutritionist who will be in charge during the preparations? With so many allergy problems I think you would benefit from one. Good luck champ!
I found out I was also very carb sensitive to white rice. I switch to brown rice and had amazing results. But I think you said you couldn’t do wheat products. Cream of wheat is also awesome I switch that in front of creamer rice. I’ve been looking so much better and less inflamed without white rice. I did not do a food sensitivity test but that sounds like a great idea. I also did a lot of bananas for my carb up for my shows. Those types of tests are really essential friend prep a lot of us bodybuilders just eat the same thing every day in our bodies are not happy about it

It is very rare to be intolerant for salmon less than 0,2procent of people is this. Ris is ultra rare, it seem very unlikely to be to both. I would take some more test..

There's a lot of replacement foods. I'm allergic to almost everything you mentioned there and it's kinda hard to shop for stuff but READ THE LABELS because there are so many additives like you mentioned in a lot of foods. Dairy is a common allergy. I have that too. Try DUCK EGGS!!! Much better and no reaction from them like chicken eggs. Good luck RG and get that W !!!
Just because you are allergic to whole milk doesn't mean you are allergic to just whey.. The most problematic part of whole milk is not whey, but casein and lactose. Good quality whey protein has basically zero caseine or whey.. Keep whey protein and rice in your prep and after the Olympia try not eating any rice products for couple of weeks if it will benefit you in any way, but I think it will not. Because instead of rice you will eat much more problematic carb sources... But you definitely should go on gluten free diet. You need to understand that if your immune system is under attack from one thing lets say gluten. The body will react to almost all foods.. So I thing if you avoid gluten for some time the rice will no longer be a problem.. But peanuts, egg whites(especially raw), whole milk(not whey) and grains with gluten really are problem for most people.. Btw with oats you need to buy gluten free oats. Otherwise oats can have gluten in it as well..

First thing every morning mix a shot of apple cider vinegar, two shots of organic bottled lemon juice or one whole squeezed lemon, no seeds, 5-10 grams of glutamine, mix with 12-14 ounces of water.

The problem with those allergy tests they can give you a false negative if you eat an abundance of something (like something you eat everyday).
