All am saying here is that the parish was name after ELIZABETH the wife of a governor of Jamaica and that governor was from about 1664 to about 1671 can't worry get into the names and other things in that circle and black river is the first town in Jamaica to light up with electricity in around 1893 and ten years later in 1903 first with automobile or cars anything more see you in the class room
