I WILL always think this WAS Peter Davison's best episode and watching him at his best at mystery solving self!!!!!!!!!!!!! Better than Scooby-Doo!!!!!!!!!!
I watched all of Baker, but I still loved it more when Davison came along. Never knew why Baker was so popular. Until Tennant came along Davison was my all-time fave. And that modern starburst trailer ... awesome.
“ One ... Two ... Good day ... .One ... Two ... No, no, no, no. One! ... Two!... Three, sir. What? Three, sir, is what comes after two. Do you know that's exactly what I thought? And then four, and then five, and then six, and then seven ... Stop! Please, you're making me dizzy. We'll have to give you a badge for mathematical excellence. Adric. Adric! “ “ Recursive Occlusion! Someone's manipulating Castrovalva! We're caught in a space/time trap! “
Yes.. they all played the first Doctor... Richard Hurndall played him in the Five Doctors in 1983 as William Hartnell sadly died in 1975... David Bradley played The First Doctor in Twice Upon A Time (Capaldi's final story)
Isn't it about time we got a prequel Doctor Who series set between the end of the classic series and the TV movie? We don't need Sylvester McCoy to return as the Seventh Doctor. Or a younger actor who looks like him after all Ethan Peck looks nothing like Leonard Nimoy yet he's playing Spock
Nah if this were ever done they'd need to have a time storm or something which ages the Doctor because we NEED Sylvester while we can have him. Also if this series were to be done it should build on the stories with Bernice Summerfield from Big Finish and the Virgin New Adventures and expand on Cartmel Masterplan themes. It would also be a cool idea to have Andrew Cartmel, Ben Aaronovitch, Marc Platt and Paul Cornell have heavy input on the series.
I've recently rewatched THE FIVE DOCTORS and I have to say that Peter Davison was brilliant in that! He's good in this scene too!
The classic 'Recursive Occlusion'. It'll get you every time.
Classic doctor who is amazing
All* Doctor Who is amazing!
Classic indeed. Can't beat the original show. Magic.
2:00 “yes well that’s democracy for you!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
i love how he reminds himself of adric, peter is amazing in this story
Its like a real life M. C. Escher painting.
Exactly what I thought
In fact the episode (and the titular town) are named after one of Escher's works! The entire episode is inspired off of him.
The happy days of the fifth Doctor.
nostalgia for this ngllll, watched this so long ago
And now we have adult brains to enjoy it more
The 5th Doctor used Adrics badge for mathematical excellence to kill a cyberman in Earthshock, it was made of gold.

When will Davison do his own "don't forget to click below"
Well as long as it’s not a space and time trap you’re ok.
Miss this stuff

4th was the best but 3rd,5th,6th, and 7th were great also and deserve credit.
He was also David Tennant’s favorite doctor
That would be really disturbing and anoying I can relate to the doctor

Post regeneration trama has done something to The doctors Alien Brian
Okay now release Season 20 Blu-ray boxset
Amazing story!
“Three sir is what comes after two.” “You know that’s what I thought too.” Fugitive doctor takes place between two and three confirmed.
That’s a relief. The whole fugitive Doctor thing is actually quite good when it happens in series 6B
Black orchid is my favorite from this season
mine is The Visitation
Who wouldn't like two Nyssa's?
Over Earthshock?
@@9wayne9 yeha I like black orchid so much more
Mine is Kinda, the Mara was such an unsettling presence when it was breaking Tegan down emotionally and when it possessed her.
What is the occasion of this *H A S T E* ?

Just give Paul McGann his own series, he deserves it.
