Hello! I am “100 lady” 😂 it’s really lovely of you to comment on my running form as I have always been quite self conscious of how bouncy I am, but to hear someone talk about me so positively has made me very happy, so thank you 🥹 I was trying to hold on to you for the last km but the wind had wiped me out! Well done - if you’re ever up north, try Chester Parkrun 😊
@@luciegoddard8593 100 lady!!!! Thanks so much for getting in touch, your form is great, never be self conscious- everyone is different but bouncy and light is most definitely something I strive for! I wanted to work together at the end but there wasn’t anything I could do so thought best thing was to just be a good target- as you had done all run for me! Well done and I’ll come to Chester when I’m up north!
Inspirational, especially in those conditions. Love your super positive approach. The magic sub 20 is my target by the end of the year, but I have full respect for it. Well done and great watchable content. Keep it up 👍
As others have said Sam your commentary is fantastic. As a bit of a park-hopper (I'm a football Groundhopper) these are great reviews. Could you add a couple mins about your findings on parking/toilets/cafe. Good luck with your 2025 goals .
Loving the commentary mate. the nicknames are on Point. We we're meant to be at KWP parkrun on New years day, but we were all struck down with norovirus. I'm just about to upload my Christmas day PB attempt video. It was meant to be uploaded earlier in the week, but i just couldn't find the energy. 🤣
Nice videos. We watched the Wakehurst one yesterday now this. We like a decent PoV race commentary ourselves. We did Tilgate just the once many years ago in similar conditions to this.
Enjoying your content. I would find it really helpful if you could describe where the parkruns are located ie. closest town. There are so many park runs with quite obscure names.
@@edwardaustin6410 hi Edward, that’s a great shout, I’ll be sure to add in where they are and leave links in the description to help as well!! Thanks for getting in touch!
