How did Kingston manage to dodge the provincial rules that mandate ugly yellow traffic signals and install nice (and just as safe) black ones? Also love the new street lighting which look like jewels hanging over the road. Other Canadian cities should take note.
Notice downtown how many parking spaces are ruined by islands, cement baracades etc... Makes no sense to ruin parking spaces... The downtown needs all the parking they can get...

I have visited this place quite a bit... There are a lot of leftists there. That is the downside.
