Winter stockpile is better than we thought! Our cows are telling us we have more forage than they can eat. It is always a nice surprise to enter your pasture after the mob has had 12 hours on it and find much more forage left than expected. Our pastures are getting thicker each year with our mob grazing which allows us to graze through the winter dormant season.
