one of tips best interviews....he let JD just go. Think as a rapper, with some of the other artist, he competes conversation wise. In this case, JD paved the way directly for a Tip to blow....so his is humble and listening

Man he has one of the most unique stories.
I see why T.I. is who he is. This man does a damn good job at translating points being made in a conversation that don’t really have much clarity at first and then turn them into tangible complete thoughts.. Like what he was saying at the end of the video. Make sacrifices for whatever it is you want and if you’re serious and consistent with those sacrifices you kinda force the universe to give you what you’re asking for. Weather or not you seize the opportunity depends on if you’re someone who can see what’s not there! I love us creatives! We’re not crazy... just misunderstood!

Funfact: JD also plays a big part in Laface Records history alongside Dallas Austin. He did Damian Dame's remix to 'Gotta learn my Rhthym', produced a couple tracks on the oooh on the TLC tip, and introduced T-Boz and left eye to pebbles if I'm not mistaken.
I remember meeting Tip and JD at the mall on the same day in Atlanta. Tip was 19, a new artist, signing snippets of his CD I'm serious.

JD’s a king of pop hip-hop, I’m not the most educated about him, but he’s got a good personality on track. One of my favorite times of my life was meeting Tip, if I may say, I was outside the club and no one really talked to me ever and I felt like an outsider, made me feel welcome. Kriss Kross should be on every kid’s iPod.
