I grew up in SF and in 1985 or 86 Too Short had a concert at this neighborhood venue called the Farm. They did have gardens and a few animals maybe, weekdays it was for school children. Weekend it was rented out for concerts, dances etc. I saw Too Short there for $5. It was right around the corner from my house (Hampshire and 24th). None of my friends wanted to go, so I went by myself. I'll never forget it.

This nigga had about 20 bitches just handing him paper with their names and numbers on it. He gave me and my brother dap and nodded. Was the coolest shit I ever seen!!! Ain't seen a nigga so cold since! Mobb Deep and Harlem World was there too, but Too Short had the most fans in there. Real Talk!

That’s because those 1995- early 2000’s babies have no respect for the game. Generations before that respected those who came before them. Paid homage and gave credit where credit is due. These new cars are reach less and disrespectful towards those before them and feel like they too good to have a sit down and get some game. Not all but some social media definitely doesn’t help.
