I'm actually quite pleased with the, "Evil Couple," ending. Plagueis was likely on the island spying on Qimir's activities on behalf of their shared master, Darth Tenebrous. Qimir is Venamis, the second "false" apprentice of Tenebrous, and the acolyte is about Venamis rebelling against Tenebrous and failing. This story comes from Legends, which is where Disney gets all their story ideas.
My theory is that Plagueis learns of how the twins were created in the Force and that would give him the idea of manipulating the midichlorians to create Anakin.
Yes, Plagueis was doing all that, except his grand experiments failed and backfired on him in the end. Then, the Force ultimately decided to create Anakin.
I think the current canon is that actually he didn't create Anakin and they made that clear. That it were Anakin's fears that he and Sidious created him, but I remember that was debunked. In Legends he also didn't create him. Anakin was created by the Force as an opposition to his experiments. So he was responsible, but not his creator at all.
Plagueis tried. But the Cosmic aspect of the Force (which had an aggregate will, as opposed to the Living aspect of it) was what created Anakin. I think they also follow this in canon.
On why did Basil disabled the ship, should the question be not why Basil was trying to save Mae? but was Basil trying to prevent Sol from flat out murder? I think Basil was the only "good" guy in this situation. On Yoda, I never felt that he believed the prevailing history that the Sith was "extinct". Mace was not believing they were back, but Yoda said, "difficult to see the dark side is". He wasn't surprised at all.
When Venestra uses the Force to open doors, that is a most un-Jedi like behavior. “A Jedi uses the Force for knowledge and defense, never for attack.” Or, use the Force in vain. Recall how Anakin used the Force to serve Padme a piece of the fruit. He had told her that Obi-Wan would be very upset with him should he seem him using the Force in that way.
Bazil’s actions are puzzling, but there is a logic behind what he is doing. He is trying to stop Sol from succumbing to his emotions. Osha did the same when she stopped Sol from killing Qimir out of anger.

What senator rayencourt described was basically the reason why Palapatines plan to use anakin was a failsafe. Which is even more ironic considering Vernestra line about "the senate not agreeing with such idea". The senate basically cooked a plan of universal domination based on that idea lol
So the pure lore on the memory wipe scene is that Qimir’s ship only has two seats so there’s no room. The IRL reason is it’s complicated to film the same actress playing two characters in the same scene.

This finale and its setups for the next season actually gave me some pleasant surprises and the events I predicted were executed very well. For example, Osha being the one to kill the last of the four Brendok Jedi without a weapon, and a Force choke at that. Bonus is actually seeing a Kyber crystal literally bleed itself to crimson, with very precise framing. Pleasant surprise is the two halves reconciling under the tree, with Qimir letting Mae live after hearing what Sol said about them being halves of one person instead of twins, and also because he realized Osha wants Mae to live, even if she would forget. This is a Star Wars where the antagonists arent cardboard cutouts. Here's to Season Two ~
I might be dumb, but why would they end the season with everything on a bow? shouldnt they leave some things to be worked on a possible future season? Also, the book about Plagueis is not canon as far as I know so dont bet on that story to know where they are gonna take the character. And they also dont need to follow it. I dont get why would they explain their relationship on this one episode, while they could explain his presence in a full season later. I dont think Yoda was in on the cover up, but he is about to be. That to me was what was hinted. Also, it doesnt contradict it, since Yoda knows about the rule of two, and Vern only knows her stundent went turn to the dark side, she doesnt know that he is a sith, and the Jedi who knew is dead.
i think bazle was returning a favor to Mae. She could have killed or fought him but instead just let him hit her. In fact she never even threatened him at all the whole time she was on Sol's ship. I think that changed his opinion of her.
For me, he saw Sol targeting Mae's ship and thought he was about to kill her. He was ok with kicking her foot, knock her out and restrain, but not killing
There can be more. That line was Yoda putting Jedi rules on others. Remember they told Qui Gon he couldn’t take on Anakin because he had a Padawan. Dark siders never said they couldn’t have more than one.
I think the only reason they split Mae and Osha up is because if the show is supposed to continue, they probably thought that you need more than one character to follow on the Jedi side.
Yoda and Kenobi covered up that Anakin was Vader, starting in the very first movie. (First Obi-wan, then Yoda in Empire.) Why should we be shocked that he and other Jedi were covering things up a century earlier?
I see Sol as a proto version of the kinda dogma that creates the rigidity we see in Obi-Wan and Mace Windu. And Vanestra using him as a scapegoat makes perfect sense
We don't actually know what she's going to tell Yoda. And no, This is not rewriting what we have already seen but connecting and maybe explaining what we have already seen in Ep.1: The Phantom Menace, you know the whole there hasn't been a Sith in a millennium and Yoda and Mace look at each other with that look. We need a season 2
It's still not clear that they know there's a Sith involved. Sol never reported it. The other Jedi died. Mae's memory was wiped. Pip's memory may be incomplete. Who knows what Basil would tell anyone. Vernestra knows a powerful force user, weilding a lightsaber, killed them and suspects it's her former pupil. That still implies a rogue Jedi, without more context.
They look at each other weird? Bro that's movie out over 20 years ago when make that movie they didn't have this in mind. Come on man how you have a Huey profile pic and say something that dumb.
Plagueis was there to certainly tease the second season. I hope they will make it despite the hate and backlash in the internet. Andor, which was amazing, had less viewers and second season is coming. They really need to dive into the Plagueis storyline in the second season, explaining his connection with Qimir and this whole thing.
interesting that Mae/Qimir/Osha each killed one of the Brendock 4. Torbin was the only one who went willingly to his death. Also the senator is working with plagues.
One thing that always stood out to me watching this - the first episode we hear the "madman" raving that he sensed "evil" on the "Jedi-killer" when talking about Osha, before Sol calmed him.
Hi Dustin and Wendy, This Final episode was very intense and can't believe osha kill Sol instead of Mae . Very sad that the sisters had the separate and had one of them erased the memories and the other had to be trained. It was so cool that the lightsaber was blue but then it just turned into red💙❤ I hope there's a sequel of season 2 because in the end we saw master yoda💚 I also enjoy your videos of seeing twister🌪 I can't wait till the movies soon too.
If there is a season 2, here's how it will play out. Think back to revenge of the sith first, when palpatine speaks about Plagueis, when he reveals himself to Anakin later, he tells him "my mentor taught me everything about the force, even the Darkside." Qimir will end up being Plagueis Apprentice and he's the one who killed him Palpatine will be Qimir's student. The Plagueis novel will be completely retcon.
My wife went into this episode with one request: "I hope Manny survives". Needless to say, she's very happy. Lee Jung-jae has put in a fan-f'ing'tastic performance, but neither of us have watched Squid Game, but binged The Good Place HARD so it's been a true delight to see Manny flex is dramatic and action (and literal) muscles in this series. I hope this does for him what the Sequel Trilogy did for Adam Driver.
Even if Vernestra tells everything she knows to Yoda, the Sith part remains hidden since the people aware of this are either dead, amnesic or on the run
24:32 This is Star Wars; every story connects to a much larger story. Why expect otherwise? Loot at it this way, this story will get picked up in some fashion; hopefully, Disney Plus or a movie =)
One reason Mae couldn't go with them is that Qimir can't trust her. Another reason is that their ship seats two not three. Also, a fallen jedi is not a sith necessarily. Yoda may only know that a fallen jedi is still alive. However, you have to ponder why Yoda would know the Rule of Two if no sith were around since Bane wiped them out. That secret info got passed down somehow. 🖖😎👍
That senator was spot on, i had my thoughts on Sol being the bad guy possibly but now i feel bad for his end. So does Darth manny (as im typing this Dustin says it 😅) no know about plagueis is there or are they working together and going to use osha to create Anakin?
I feel Yoda was the one that made Vernestra tell the Senate what happened, even though she lied to cover her own student turning to the dark side. Also, I think it now makes more sense when Yoda and Mace have their "always two there are" conversation in Episode I. If there's a season 2; Manny and Osha will be stopped and Yoda and the council will assume the issue is resolved, unaware that Plagueis is also around, freeing him to then train Palpatine.
It's possible that Qimir is just a dark jedi who is devoted to the darkside of the Force and isn't Sith. It's obvious that he and Venestra had an issue. The Sith in this time are Tenebrous, and Plagueis who are experimenting with creating life using the Force. The Witches guided by Aniseya succeeded in accomplishing it. Darth Plagueis appears to be investigating a lead. Star Wars canon has many gaps concerning the dark jedi, especially in this era.
What he reminds me a lot of is Exar Kun from Legends during his Dark Jedi phase before "officially" receiving the mark of the Sith after his and Ulic Qel-Droma's amulets joined.
Hey Movie Couple and thanks for sharing your reaction and takes with us you guys are always really thoughtful with your discussions 😃👍 I re-watched the entire series yesterday and gotta say that the pacing issues I found with watching in weekly episodes were far less apparent when seen like this. I think next season they should do fewer but longer episodes of 1.5-2.0 hours like a miniseries. It still didn't change the main problem for me though in that I didn't find the twins compellingly written or performed unfortunately. I actually felt like Sol and Qimir were the main protagonists which I don't think was meant to be the case. That said the acting from Master Sol, Mother Aniseya and Qimir was top notch and the fights/action were some of the absolute best in live action SW in my opinion. There were also some fascinating story elements and seeing a kyber crystal being bled, cortosis being used against the Jedi, Darth Plagueis in the flesh, Vernestra's lightwhip and a Wookie Jedi going on a rampage was such a treat! A mixed bag of a series for me but I'd still be there for season 2 ✌️😁 ##istilllovestarwars ❤
Subtly is completely lost on ppl. They literally wrapped up errything and left certain things open for a potential season 2. If it said SERIES FINALE I'd understand maybe but naw it says SEASON FINALE! Headland hopes for more stories to tell soo why wouldn't she tease things?? Such bizarre star wars fans🫤
Personally, I thought this was one of the better Disney plus finales, and cemented this show as a premium second tier (Andor stands alone on the top tier, all by itself) Star Wars property in the Disney era. Firmly in the group where I keep such vaunted shows, for me, as Ahsoka and The Clone Wars.
I can see them announcing S2 at Comic Con in order to keep the series ending secret. It's not great, since it means we'll likely be waiting more than a year for that season, but that seems to be the way for these Star Wars shows. As for Basil, I took it as him preventing Sol from descending into the ring and getting the ship destroyed. It's hard to convey that with a character that doesn't talk, but that's how it came across to me.
I think clouding 1s mind is what most viewers miss. Yoda is clouded and can't see what's going on around him....obviously ❤ In the final.days of the Jedi, they were unable to see using the force, but here, 100 years before, others sense, see, know and use the force, much better than the Jedi. That ultimately killed the Order. The loss of the ability to sense the future ❤ Best Star Wars yet! #RenewTheAcolyte
@@HereAfterNow I mean did you not hear vernestra say her pupil turned evil. Did you also not pay attention at the end when she was going to talk to yoda? Could be that maybe she filled in yoda about her pupil and maybe he went off to investigate and learned about their “new rule of two”. I mean vernestra obviously sensed evil in her pupil when she sensed him on Brendok. During that time like he said “ the Jedi would consider me sith”
@@HereAfterNow well the senate and council doesn’t know. vernestra definitely knows and could consider her pupil a sith with her calling him evil she probably told yoda about it and he did his own investigation won’t know unless they do a season 2
@@Jose-p677 nope. Venestra does NOT definitely know that he's Sith. Just that her old pupil is killing Jedi. Only Sol heard him refer to himself as Sith and only Sol saw his red saber as a clue
Assuming that we get a season 2, I like the cliffhanger. Keeps you waiting for what's to come giving you something to be excited for.... also assuming they leave the cringeworthy parts of this season behind. The first half of this season was pretty meh in my opinion and that third episode was pure cringe. Once they let Qimir off his leash it was mostly on the up though and there is a lot for them to work with going into a second season.
Mater Yoda will know that her apprentice is the real responsible, a fallen jedi, not a Sith per se.... I also had my doubts about Plagueis intentions, is he Qimir master?, if he is, maybe he is not ok with him having an acolyte?, or they don't even know yet? something cool is that Qimir learns the vergeance theory in that moment and he could be who tells Plagueis about it.... keep rocking and stay safe....!
The Jedi did know about the Sith. Yoda and Mace Windu were aware of them during Qui-Gon's funeral. They could not have known about the Rule of Two unless the Jedi had encountered Sith after the Jedi-Sith War. It did not exist prior, being created _in secret_ by Darth Bane. So there is no Sith history book they could have gotten that info from. I don't understand why everyone just takes a line from Ki-Adi Mundi, but ignore Yoda and Mace. It may be that only Grand Masters are privy to the knowledge.
The best Star Wars we've had in years because they aren't doing fluff, and this guy is like "well, yeah" It's too bad people need to just find some kind of way to hate on the show, the best in a long time. Oh well, more boring, crappy fighting, people getting stabbed with a light saber and living, star wars on the way. People held this show to a standard that can't be met, but the fluff Disney has produced is less criticized ..... The show is a 9/10 for me.
9/10?…..for terrible storytelling, uninteresting main characters and great lapses of nothing ? The combat was its one redeeming factor. Andor is miles better than this , it deserves a season 2 for gripping story telling. This does not.
Vanessa only knows that her former pupil who turned to the dark side is alive and I'd somehow connected to the girls. She doesn't know any sith is involved. She would have told Yoda that. So the next season would open with the Jedi tracking down a evil force user once Padawan.
Under the Rule of Two, it's normal for Sith Apprentices to take their own students, but they're not considered true Sith. This student wouldn't be Sith until the Apprentice defeats the Master and ascends to become the new Master, or if the Master defeats the Apprentice in his coup and chooses to accept the student as the new Apprentice. Maybe Qimir is the true Sith Apprentice, taking Mae/Osha on as his student, or maybe Plagueis is the Apprentice here, and Qimir is merely a student taking on his own student. Note the careful choice of words here: Acolyte, not Apprentice. Osha's not Sith, but she's on the road of potentially becoming one, as long as Qimir successfully becomes Sith Master. Most likely, however, Acolyte S2 and beyond will show how Qimir and Osha are ultimately defeated, paving the way for Plagueis to take on a replacement apprentice: Palpatine.
Yoda knowing about the innocent makes since. Osha didn't become a jedi, they would want to keep an eye on these type of kids so they don't go dark. the best way would be to let them become a jedi.
Kennedy, Iger and the rest of the Disney board should ALL resign and find real jobs! Walt Disney the founder would have fired them ALL! He must be spinning in his cryogenic chamber! Look at the Disney stock as of 7/26/2024 it's at 89.93 and dropping! Before they went WOKE it used to be at 201.91 on March 08, 2021! Once you go WOKE you go BROKE!
It makes me think long and hard now(do the jedi turn people into siths/the dark side) with their actions/secrets they keep from people like Osha and others. Even at the end vernestra is lying to the council about Sol being a "rogue jedi" and killed his own team. He did do some terrible things too. Kind of saw that coming turning Osha to the darkside @TheMovieCouple. Vernestra even keeps that she was Quimir's Master(hidden from the council) #Toomanysecrets lol
@@TheMovieCouple While the comment was too agressive, I feel like you are both real Disney shill though. Are you really satisfied with these bad dialogues and contrived plot?
About it being incomplete. Star Wars is a homage to old serials. Even the movies are basically important episodes of an arc in a season put together. They all left off on a cliffhanger. And that's where TLJ went wrong. Continuing right after the previous story. This season did resolve the issue at hand. What you are wanting is the introduced stuff that had nothing to do with the main story.
Exactly. They wrapped up what they had to wrap up which is the final fate of the four Jedi on Brendok, and the switching trajectory of Mae and Osha compared to when we first meet them at the start. And ofc, the reveal of Qimir. The other "loose ends" arent really that, but threads meant to connect the first season with the second.
What a cop out answer "o it's start wars". That's not a valid argument when none of the plot points had a satisfying end. Look at all the good star wars show they end with the audience wanting more. Most people don't care and actively want this show to end. It's not the same situation at all.
@@hawkeyemihawkgettingmoneylord do you know how to make the show end for you? And, yes, something being something is the whole point. This is the first show I’ve ever seen that had mediocre writing quality throughout, and then had such an interesting finale with potential for genuinely intriguing writing that I actually want to see more. Again proving to me that this should never have been a show but a movie instead. I did love seeing Darth Plagueis in the cave though because it makes me believe that Qimir/The Stranger will somehow die and be replaced by Palpatine.
As I said in previous comments, the writing and dialogues of this show was horrendous. And now it's cancelled :) I guess I was right, nobody except a minority of people liked this show. It was clear garbage from the first episode. Take these great actors and put them in something worth of their talent, not bullsh*t writing.
Bessel is a Sith Lord! I feel so many choices of the characters seemed so out there, and I feel like it's hard to understand their reasoning. I would have hoped, that they would talk about it in these situations or at least react to it. After all, I liked the series, but it did have its flaws. And I don't think the Jedi were portrait like how they are. I know that they're flawed, but in my head, they wouldn't decide like that. Why would they blame it on Sol, it doesn't really make sense. Well okay, maybe if Venestra aims to turn his former student back to the light and that's why she didn't tell anyone. AND my problem with the last scene is exactly what you said. Does Yoda know? Because that just is out of character if he did know and truly doesn't make sense.
27:30 Yes, thats exactly what they're doing here, and I dont respect it. They even retconned Plagueis's age in this show, too. Why cant these modern writers just come up with original stories? Why do they have to keep taking beloved, established characters that have been part of the lore for ages; and then tweak them to how they want? I would have absolutely gotten into this if it was just about the new, original characters, and Darth Plagueis was NOT included. Its like when you look at Luke Skywalker, they purposefully character assassinate him, make his Jedi Order a complete failure. Just so that they can bring Rey in and have her steal Luke's thing from the comics. Im fed up with Intersectional Feminism. They keep messing with beloved things and OVERWRITING those things with their version. Its really not about *Equality* its just all this - "anything you can do I can do better."
Because when they come up with original stories (TLJ), a certain Sect of the fan base says why can't we just have the legends stuff that we already love
@@bemasaberwyn55 But TLJ is not a original starwars story. It is a middle chapter within the long run *Skywalker Saga*. nothing original about doing a reverse Empire Strikes Back, where you just Deconstruct the mythos of starwars, and subvert things. No coming up with a original story in Starwars is doing something like "The Ninth Jedi" from Vol.1 of *Visions*. And actually WHY couldn't Disney just simply ADAPT some of the EU stories? Are those stories like damaging or offensive to the new generation of young fans or something?? I don't get it. If you made a "Star Wars Anthology" adaptation one year, then about 2 yrs later you make a totally ORIGINAL STAR WWARS MOVIE. Atleast that way you have something classic for oldskool fans who can;t get into any new stuff, and you'd have NEW stuff for younger fans who can't get into the classic stuff because they consider it to be "old". EVERYONE'S A WINNER.
Perhaps the most disappointing part of the show is that the Jedi do not feel like the Jedi of the high republic era that this show is supposed to take place in. These feel almost entirely like the Jedi we knew in the prequel trilogy, ones who fell victims to their own hubris and hypocrisy. The High Republic era Jedi were more like Star Fleet from Star Trek: TNG, acting more as explorers, negotiators and guardians who protect the people without imposing their will or authority around, these felt more like cops trying to protect their image and reputation rather than doing the right thing because it’s the right thing.
We never really get an explanation of Qimir’s journey to the dark side and who teaches him (sure we can assume it was Plagueis), we never seen how Mae and Qimir meet. How did Qimir know about Jedi lying to Osha? Did Mae tell him? What was the role of the vergence in the creation of the twins and how? The show needed a tighter execution and wrap of this current season. I’m all for a future season where we see Plagueis more or Qimir and Osha training or Vernestra training Mae to to go after Qimir or the political fallout of this event, but... what about this season? You got to make a stronger case for this season rather than saving it for a possible next one we may never get. Also, Osha and Mae seemingly flip flopping every other scene was annoying. I’m all for conflicted characters who waver, but this story takes place over a week? And we have Mae being with Qimir, betraying Qimir to turn herself into the Jedi, no, not gonna go surrender herself to the Jedi, ok, gonna run off with Qimir, but wait, can’t so going to mind wipe and turn herself over to the Jedi. Same with Osha. I want to be a Jedi, but Qimir’s swolness is tempting me, but she killed my friends and I’m not as weak as my sister, no wait, I’m with Qimir... no, I’m not, I’m going to tell the Jedi and turn myself in, no, let’s mind wipe my sister and I’ll be your student. All in a span of a week? That’s just wacky to me.
Unfortunately, this finale just cemented that I really don't care if this show gets a season 2 or not. If I'm paying for Disney at the time a season 2 starts, I'll watch it I guess. Maybe.
“Disappointed “ is all I can say. The ‘evil twin flip’?My word. That trope has been done SO many times before, f.i. in Dogma, and better. “Liberties with the lore” pretty good, succinct summary. It’s a “Mêh” for me too.
I agree the ending didn’t land at all very weak season finale a lot of times scratching my head to be honest the whole show is even tho lightsaber duels and hand to hand combat were fantastic but the overall storytelling not good but least me and you guys got thru it
Can't you guys separate politics and TV-show? The show was really bad. The writing was weird, and the dialogues were not better. Stop saying bullsh*t like that, it makes people that have real reasons to hate the show looks like dumbass

Then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. It's ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself."
Anakin Skywalker: "Is it possible to learn this power?"
Darth Sidious: "Not from a Jedi."
Here's to Season Two ~
oups, cancelled :D
I think one of the reasons Mae can’t go with osha is because Plagues wouldn’t allow it and Quimir knows that.
Plus, their ship had only two seats (rule of two)
This show reminded me of the prequels in execution. I still have hope.
THE SENATER WAS RIGHT!!!
That’s what these bad writers want you to think “Jedi bad, Sith good” 😂
I might be dumb, but why would they end the season with everything on a bow? shouldnt they leave some things to be worked on a possible future season?
I really think there is a line between subtlety and vagueness and Bazle' s actions in this episode is too much on the vague side IMO.
@@sgrapness4678 I dont think it's vague. The only way his change of opinion could be more direct is if he hugged her, which would be out of character.
Or perhaps he was simply saving his own skin
Good point! I hadn't thought of that.
For me, he saw Sol targeting Mae's ship and thought he was about to kill her. He was ok with kicking her foot, knock her out and restrain, but not killing
The reason why Qimir didn't take Mae is because there can only be two as for Yoda he covers shit up all the time
There can be more. That line was Yoda putting Jedi rules on others. Remember they told Qui Gon he couldn’t take on Anakin because he had a Padawan. Dark siders never said they couldn’t have more than one.
But there is Plageuis already, so there are 3 already, why not 4 then?
@@ZhaggysfactionIn the prequels, Palpatine had Maul and Count Dooku. On top of that there was Vader and the inquisitors.
@@aprilnewell5434 And Dooku had Ventress too.
Lol
interesting that Mae/Qimir/Osha each killed one of the Brendock 4. Torbin was the only one who went willingly to his death.
Also the senator is working with plagues.
i mean they didnt all go together bc qimir didnt want mae. he wanted osha
Also the fact that Mae failed- Qimir was bound to kill her because of the deal- Osha made a new deal to save Mae
Yoda doesnt know about the sith because quimir is just a rogue padawan to the jedi, not a sith
One thing that always stood out to me watching this - the first episode we hear the "madman" raving that he sensed "evil" on the "Jedi-killer" when talking about Osha, before Sol calmed him.
Pretty sure they are hoping for a season 2. Vernestra never thought it wasa Sith, just that Q is not a good Jedi.
Incomplete? Its only the beginning‼️
True!
Really good finale.
Keep in mind: Pip has all the memories. 😉
Hi Dustin and Wendy, This Final episode was very intense and can't believe osha kill Sol instead of Mae . Very sad that the sisters had the separate and had one of them erased the memories and the other had to be trained. It was so cool that the lightsaber was blue but then it just turned into red💙❤ I hope there's a sequel of season 2 because in the end we saw master yoda💚
I also enjoy your videos of seeing twister🌪 I can't wait till the movies soon too.
oups, it's cancelled :D
If there is a season 2, here's how it will play out. Think back to revenge of the sith first, when palpatine speaks about Plagueis, when he reveals himself to Anakin later, he tells him "my mentor taught me everything about the force, even the Darkside."
Qimir will end up being Plagueis Apprentice and he's the one who killed him Palpatine will be Qimir's student. The Plagueis novel will be completely retcon.
So she killed her "Sol" to become an Acolyte of evil. Have you ever heard of the tragedy of Padawan Osha?
Some pointed that Qimir sound like qamar (moon in arab)
She killed the sun (light) to join the moon (dark)
Venestra would still not know about the sith. She only knows her old student killed them but that doesn't necessarily mean he's a sith
🖖😎👍
Great Pop for Plagius
How does he do that?
He's Batman! 😂🤣😂🤣
I’m afraid to watch the finale. Show was decent lol
Hmm not a perfect end but I'm actually fairly satisfied.
@TheMovieCouple Wendy saying "The Evil couple" was a pun without here even knowing it lol. Themoviecouple watching the evil couple= priceless
Really? I would place this toward the bottom alongside book of boba fett. There were some good ideas, but terrible execution
Andor and the first 2 seasons of the Mandalorian are the top 3, Boba Fett is far down at the bottom and everything else is meh in the middle.
Sith Rule of 2. Either Oshe or Mae. But not both.
Great point ! 👍
oups, it's cancelled :D
I think clouding 1s mind is what most viewers miss. Yoda is clouded and can't see what's going on around him....obviously ❤
In the final.days of the Jedi, they were unable to see using the force, but here, 100 years before, others sense, see, know and use the force, much better than the Jedi. That ultimately killed the Order. The loss of the ability to sense the future ❤ Best Star Wars yet! #RenewTheAcolyte
7:41 That was direct reference to Anakin's turn to the dark side and Order 66.
I was hoping for mae and osha to do some magic vs the force action
So this is how master yoda knows about the rule of two
@@Obi416 no? What is it about this situation that has taught them that there are two Sith Lords running around?
Why would this mean that? They still don't know it was a sith
I think they are setting up for OSHA to be Darth Plagueis’s first apprentice before Palpatine
Great point!
The best Star Wars we've had in years because they aren't doing fluff, and this guy is like "well, yeah"
It's too bad people need to just find some kind of way to hate on the show, the best in a long time.
Oh well, more boring, crappy fighting, people getting stabbed with a light saber and living, star wars on the way.
People held this show to a standard that can't be met, but the fluff Disney has produced is less criticized .....
The show is a 9/10 for me.
Lol
I actually loved the cliffhanger lol
I wanna read that Darth Plagueis novel now just because of his appearance in this.
I think that the green Jedi master is not a good actor though she has some good moments. I liked the duels and Master Sol. Thanks for the review.
The failure of one, the failure of two, the failure of Disney!
I think the reason why Mae didnt go with them is becaue of maybe the rule of 2????
Really loved seeing Yoda at the end! I’m in for season 2!
Did you ever here of the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise 😊
that familiar voice may belong to young Palpatine...sounded so to me
But he's not supposed to be born at the time
But it does sound like Ian McDiarmid's voice
Maybe a parent...
They cooked but forgot to put some salt and seasoning. The food was vibrant and visually appealing but flavorless.
Will there be a second season or no?
Hope so…they have a lot of story to tell and with the characters….they just need new writers and show runners
There are definitely enough stories to do a 2nd season, but I guess it depends if Disney will greenlight it
9:11 thats Obi-wan, or should a I say Ewan Mcgregors voice, it must be
It's finally over Hurray!!
Great episode you guys and they way they show Darth Plagueis and Yoda was epic and amazing 👏🏾👍🏾👏🏾
And Canceled get rekt Disney Shill
This is the dumbest comment lmao
It’s like getting upset if Star Wars doesn’t change to being in modern times and based in New York and saying it’s a cop out for it not being there because it’s Star Wars. Star Wars fans hate Star Wars.
Also, who is most people?
@@jinxie712 so you basically said nothing lol. Your just saying it can suck because its star wars. And most people are the viewers since most people dropped this show. The viewers ship is not good.
But this is the tail end of the HR era, transitioning to the prequel era Jedi. This isnt the height of HR.
They would have had to set it further back if it was the height of THR.
@@quinndelcarmen1384 Bingo!
I give this show a C- because we saw the back of Yoda. And this is my opinion don't hate me but I don't think that was Plagueis
Cope. That was Plagueis and I can guarantee that planet is Bal'demnic.
Unfortunately, this finale just cemented that I really don't care if this show gets a season 2 or not. If I'm paying for Disney at the time a season 2 starts, I'll watch it I guess. Maybe.
lets pray season 2 has new writers cause i need the plot to plot
“Disappointed “ is all I can say. The ‘evil twin flip’?My word. That trope has been done SO many times before, f.i. in Dogma, and better. “Liberties with the lore” pretty good, succinct summary. It’s a “Mêh” for me too.
This whole series was meh. 😂 😂
Plageus was such a stupid reveal. He deserved better and this was not the way he should have been done in live action
I wish someone would wipe my memory to before I watched any of this bs.
I hate Basil with an unreasoning hatred. Just annoys the hell out of me every time he's on screen. And what he did here was… I have no words.
this show is complete and utter garbage
I agree the ending didn’t land at all very weak season finale a lot of times scratching my head to be honest the whole show is even tho lightsaber duels and hand to hand combat were fantastic but the overall storytelling not good but least me and you guys got thru it
Disney and Star Wars are a shadow of their former world leading past.
Retcon much? Do you people even know star wars?
This show is trash all episodes feel like filler episodes
Thank God this leftist crap show is over...
Did it impact u that much? So sorry
Can't you guys separate politics and TV-show? The show was really bad. The writing was weird, and the dialogues were not better. Stop saying bullsh*t like that, it makes people that have real reasons to hate the show looks like dumbass
