Been collecting since 1991 can remember the good old days when pappy's sat on the shelf year after year nobody wanted them :-) and then the strategy and the hype began :-( but at 58 years old and over 3,500 bottles collected I am having a blast and I'm never going to stop. It's brown every day in Delaware total wine. Evan Williams again being distributed saw in few states now with new year labels than old stock. Was gone for about year. Got early times in Texas and nashville within last 2 years.
I've got a lot of michters bourbon from the '70s and '80s out of the original distillery in Pennsylvania really nice stuff Good to drink occasionally but I hate opening the original decanters it hurts my feelings afterwards lol
Great Review. I am heading to KY late August and am going to be looking for the KY only releases. The JTS is easy to find in Indiana...but harder to find elsewhere. The ET Bib is also widely distributed.....I just picked up a bottle in Chicagoland last week....but they're popular, so very hard to find. Also I've heard that the Evan Williams Single Barrel has now been re-released into distribution again. Again, on a few shelves in Chicagoland for $36 ish. Cheers!
I had an opportunity to buy the EW Single Barrel for 27$ recently but the low proof scared me away from trying it. Will buy it if i see it again at that price
ET BIB distributes in Ohio like BT allocated products. I believe it has distribution in 7 or 8 states. I will say though, legit one of the best bottles. So good.

Umm I live in KY, and you need to go over you list a little. OF 117, Square 6, and Woodford DS bottles are sold many places outside of the distilleries. I've picked up these bottles myself at Total Wine, Liquor barn, and Kroger's. EW SiB, and Early Times are all over the place outside of KY.
As I mentioned in the video, producers have inaccurate information about their products online, so it is impossible to produce this content and it be any more accurate than it is.
I can definitely attest that to get allocated bourbons in KY is very hard. I've been in the Lexington area for 7 years and I have had better look when I travel to other states. JTS Brown, in my opinion is the best BIB bourbons out there for the price; I like it even better than Evan Williams BIB.

Evan Williams Single Barrel bottles are on the shelf in California. I got one at TW last month. I keep seeing them restocked. Hopefully it continues!

I am a Kentucky resident. For me, distillery only releases are my favorite to hunt. JTS Brown is 10 bucks at the Whole Foods in Lexington.
Jts brown bib is readily available in Arkansas. ET bib is frequently seen in Arkansas also, although I would not say it’s readily available.
This reminds me of how different bottles are available in some areas and unavailable in others.🤷 👍
Even Williams Single Barrel also made it's way all the way to the UK now too. Picked one up in Oxford on a recent hunt video and glad I did.

I find Early Times bib in Florida for $17, I'm in Ky at the moment and saw it for $27 in one store $60 in another.

So THAT’S what happened to Early Times BIB! We used to have it everywhere here in GA (and by “used to” I mean 18-24 months ago) but it dried up.
