My late brother Steve was born in Carlisle.
My Dad was the station manager at WHYL and that's where he met my Mom - she was the station owner's secretary, lol. This was many moons ago!
Until recently, I'd never realized the full significance of Carlisle and surrounding areas relating to the civil war.

Tear the cartridge paper. Pour the powder into the barrel. Give the powder three taps. Insert the miniball, shove it all the way down. Give it another three taps. Add the cap. Pull the hammer back two clicks.
