Congrats I’ve had mine (Championship White) since June of last year. It is by far the most fun to drive car that I have ever owned. I’ll guarantee you that the car has more grip than you have nerves. Welcome to the club.
Ok I appreciate the review and congrats on your Type R…. However I need to say I hope you didn’t pay much over MSRP for a Honda Civic (Type R or not). $45k plus you can get a much better car, or a decent down payment on an entry level Porsche pre-owned. You do realize you oissed away anything over MSRP ($7k? $12k? Shit dude…) So how much did you put down? How much is your car note? Do you own or rent your home? Do you have responsibilities like a family? What do you do for a living? How’s your income to debt ratio? I take it you live in California. I ask because I see many young guys (TH-camrs) posting reviews of Type R’s yet I see them living in a town home or apartments with young children. Yes it’s fun to drive a Type R but really responsibilities should take priority over your superficial needs. I’m mean it’s your money, do as you please but living on maxed out credit and owning/financing a vehicle that takes up more than 50% of your net income is not a wise decision.
@@Milofchg FYI don’t ever pay in full. It’s better to have that money in hand than to drop it all on a car. Put a good chunk down and finance a very small amount so it’s at least working in your favor on credit reporting. Also more disposable income on hand for emergencies
Hell yeah bro!!!! I got my sonic Grey last November and I never been happier for real...it's just something else for real!!
I’ve been lusting over that color. Had they had that incoming I might have snagged it
Much congrats ! I just picked one up in Pearl grey Metallic and I absolutely love it .

Nope haha, I had the FK8 and loved it so figured this would be just as good.

Kansas city Olatha.
Just bought the sport touring 6 speed manual. Not as cool as yours though!
Congrats 🎉
Ai a fare la spesa?
That was when I drove my new type r for the first time. I bought it before driving because I knew it would be good after owning the FK8
its a good vehicle that is considered a classic already? Now imagine getting it for $45,000

I’m still contemplating. 50k is little steep for me.
The good thing is they don’t lose value quickly
How bad did they bend you over on the out the door price?
Luckily, I got it for MSRP
See that sticker peggy, i paid that price and not a penny more.

I paid $46,345.00
Lmao this ain’t your business. You only live once, enjoy what you can enjoy.
@@UnknwnMind It is because I'm going to get a Type R (paying in full, no finance or lease) once the hype cools down a bit.

@Milofchg what hype? I can get one tomorrow for msrp and still turning it down. Why you trying to flex so hard, over compensating a.bit?
