Civivi ti clip screws right on for $13 👍👍. I ended up taking the titanium clip off entirely and put it in a Riffle , went right on so I ordered a black one for a praxis and dogma . Went right kn even tho it wasn’t for those knives . Thanks civivi
Yeah, I own both. They are great blades. I end up carrying the Odium the most because I love how the contoured g-10 feels in my hand. I'm glad you liked my review.
The Odium uses ceramic ball bearings, not bronze washers, fyi. I definitely agree with you on the handles though... my Odium is noticeably more comfortable. But I do like the pocket clip on the mini-archbishop better though as well as the longer gimping on the blade spine. Between the two, my Odium does have a better action... it's just a bit more snappier. Ultimately, I think the Odium is the overall winner due to it being only 2/3rds the price of the mini-archbishop.
Oh, cool thanks for the correction. Yeah i agree that overall the Odium is the best value and option. I will be looking forward to a more premium version with upgraded steel in the future.
the civivi odium is so awkward to hold in my hand cause of rounded edges of the scales and the slippery g10. The archbishop is much more comfortable in the hand with the flat and skinnier scales. It is so much better in my opinion than the odium. Also alot smoother deployment than the odium.
I just ordered the civivi odium and they had a titanium milled purchasable separately on Amazon . I used the clips on a riffle with no issues but it’s made for the odium specifically .
Is it really made specifically for the odium?! Cause I got that ti clip from civivi for my odium and I couldn't believe how perfect of a fit it is on the odium. I have the natural jade g10 and with that grey ti clip matching the rest of the grey steel parts just looks absolutely perfect. Idk why they put that garbage black clip on it it looks terrible. There's nothing else that is black and it sticks out like a sore thumb
Thanks for the review. I was thinking about the Civivi elementum, which brought me to the Odium, which introduced me to the Archbishop lol. I like the longer gimping on the Arch, and I use my knives a lot for work. The price difference won’t bother me as I will be using it for years. I’ve had the same budget Spyderco for years in my pocket now and I think it’s time for an upgrade. I think I’m going with the Archbishop as my edc. Cheers!
On camera the handle comes off as more premium on the Civivi Looks like a softer material even though both the same (I think) Looks almost like a leather
I really like both of these. If I had to choose one I would say the Archbishop. Only because it’s slightly larger and to me looks to be the perfect size.
yes, I really like both of these blades. If these were both the same price I would pick the Archbishop for sure. But because the Odium comes is at a cheaper price, It edges out the Archbishop. Either one is a great.
I think in this case ferrum forge made sure civivi made the odium with D2 because if they made it with 9cr18mov then it would really take away all of the mini archbishop sales.
You probably dont give a damn but does someone know of a way to get back into an instagram account? I was dumb forgot my password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me!
Nice comparison, thanks. I’m really inclined to the Archbishop steel as there’s so much D2 out there, but despite that think the Odium is a better deal for me.
Another awesome video Moose!! I am watching this video while I am flipping an Odium!! It’s a great knife!! I have never handles a mini archbishop! It looks great too!

I don't own the mini archbishop but I do own a Civivi Odium and it suffices for me. Good review btw...Dom

Nice to see a less bias review. Thanks for making it.
No problem. I'm glad you enjoyed the comparison.

Great choice. you can't go wrong with either. I love the pivot pin logo on the Archbishop.
I was hoping someone would do a comparison...thanks for the video! Subbed
I just got the same Odium. I did remove the pocket clip, as I like to just carry it in the pocket. It is a great gentlemen's knife.
They sell a milled titanium clip for the knife for $13 on Amazon 👍👍
Odium is caged ceramic bearings..according to the Civivi site and its D2
On camera the handle comes off as more premium on the Civivi

Looks almost like a leather
Truth be told....i kinda dig the civivi a bit more. Great design on both for sure though.

@John Jaylen instablaster =)
Odium has a little more belly like the Ferrum Forge Malice.
Sold! Thanks for the comparison/review 👍

I agree about the steels. I'm bored with D2.

They are both great knives. You can't go wrong with either one. And yes they are fun to fidget with.
For sure I agree!! Have a great rest of the week brother and God bless!
Sent mine both back didn't like that the liner and g10 are not flush, just dont like the feel feels unfinished
Sure, the shadow box style handle scales aren't for everyone. I would like to see a larger version of this design with flush handles.
Yo when you wanna play league moose
