In this second video in a short series we continue the facelift project, commencing assembly of the new front end. This includes preparation, fitting the new bonnet and wings and getting panel lines sorted.

Hi, I’m doing the t5 to t6.1 to my van, do I have to change the washer bottle and where do I get one from if yes?

Hi, yes you do. I bought all my kit from Travelin Lite but most of the items are sources from VW as the T6.1 end is still fairly new. I’d suggest a scrappy to see if anyone’s breaking one or VW. Google is also probably your friend here. Good luck. N

@@highergroundlifestyle hi, thanks for these awesome videos. I'm just about to order my parts, I was going to order the washer bottle, filler neck and rubber seal. In your video it looks like you used the original filler neck/pipe into the new reservoir. Is that correct? I'd love to save a few£ if I dont need the filler neck and seal!
