good video. thanks .....my motor it same that your.but something don't work good with the clucht..can you do a video about fix or change or how work the clutch please .i say hi from "Honduras👍
I found out the hard way that the reduction gear only mounts 1 way as sproçket is off center and needs to be mounted closest to the drive shaft or that belt will not install. Hope this helps the others out. Great video. Thanks Hugh.
Older cruisers are better. They do require some custom motor mounts. Most all newer bikes are just OK since they use lighter gauge steel. The Huffys are what many use. Stay away from Huffy's that have a rear rack built in. They crack. Im hoping to get busy on my next series of building a better bike using a 1970s Murray Cruiser and put a 79cc Predator on the bike. Stay tuned....
I have a Della / Cruiser, the frame is stretched 6 inch behind the crank boss. I'll post a picture link. facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=413821792017135&set=pb.100001679532907.-2207520000.1517982201.&type=3&theater
a huffy cranbrook is the base model that most motorbike people use....both for 2 stroke and 4. Keep in mind that the coaster brake will need adjustment and running....a lot!
Just curious, but why would u soak brass or any metal in oil for any length of time unless it's rusted? It's not like it can absorb the oil? Am I missing something??
Great video. I myself have 4 stroke and always check to see how you do it so I could make mine better. Thanks for the videos 👍
+theBikeAnthology Thank you

Chinese bushings are soft as butter,...that tells the story right there !!
This helped a ton thank you for everything
Is this the upgraded transmission you where talking about I ordered a kit off eBay and it came with a bet drive with a plastic black cover
You got the good one. The Amazon & eBay kits w/ the metal, chain-inside transmissions SUCK
Will a Honda GXH 50 motor work well for this modification?
Yes, expensive. Not worth it IMO

My kill switch wire came off my four stroke motor, How do I put it back on ? I'm not a mechanic so any help from you would be great.
can you recommend some beach cruisers for this setup?

Msp-Protege it can absorb oil
*hits metal busing with plastic and it breaks the bushing*
Is that the character with a knife in his limb from Aqua Teen Hunger force? That’s awesome!
Happytime Harry for the win !
My clutch screw is too long
That piece of bronze was surprisingly brittle
Bronze to tight , never put lock tight in a hole put it on the bolt .
