I have had one in Mint Green for about two years. It has become my go to guitar for some time. Always stays in tune. The pickups are outstanding and the bridge is also special. For the money you can't beat it.

I have a surf green Tribute version and I really like it. It's nice and light and holds It's tuning really well. That bridge design really makes it sustain and ring out.

G&L S-500 strat style, hands down the best strat I`ve ever played, the MFD pickups are insanely good, the floating bridge, never goes out of tune, mine has the series switch too which gives it every tone you could ever want. Also have an ASAT Special with the MFD fatties, Leo & George kept progressing while Fender rested on it`s laurels and tech wise got left for dead, sad but true!

The tones on the jam track were pretty wild! Let me know what you think of G&L and this somewhat obscure Fallout electric guitar! Left and right-handed guitar links are below. This is a pretty cool guitar and it's impressively light-weight and versatile!

I own a U.S. made Legacy. The Best S-Style guitar that I have ever owned! (...and I've tried to love the Fender Strats... MANY of them! No comparison for me!) If I was looking for that style of guitar.... G&L would definitely be on my radar.

My G&L's are in my top favorite guitars. My favorite is back and forth (depending on my mood) between my G&L Fullerton Deluxe Legacy (HB) and my American Professional II Stratocasters. I also own a couple of their Tribute Legacy (Made in Indonesia) guitars, and I consistently pick them up before I reach for my Made in Mexico Player Strats, but not my Modern Player Strat (Made in Japan). Thank you again to Jerry's Lefty Guitars, Rhyannon for her camera work, and you for the great demo, review, and video. Please keep them coming. 🤘🤘🤘🤘

I just realised from all the guitars behind you that you are in "The Leftorium" that is owned by Ned Flanders. Great demo btw. You inspired me to get an Artist Tweedtone 20 watt and I have no regrets. What an amp! There is an an as-new USA Fallout here for sale in Byron Bay where i live but I have all the guitars I need, but thats why I watched this. Awesome guitar

Two years ago, I owned five guitars, with an American Deluxe Strat as my no.1, followed by a Godin Session, a Carvin TL60, a Michael Kelly Hybrid Special, and an Ibanez Acoustic. Today, I own five electrics, four of which are G&L's. My main guitar is an option order S-500; I also have a Legacy HSS, an older Legacy HB, and an option order Doheny (Jazzmaster style). The American Deluxe Strat is no.5, hasn't come out of it's case in months, and is about to be offered for sale, as it can't compete with any of the Fullerton made guitars in terms of playability or tone. I believe that the quality level of G&L's can't be matched by anything Fender offers short of Custom Shop models.

Excellent guitar. I have never seen that finish. That one is amazing. Nice and lightweight. Bridge is far better than the stamped saddles on the Squire/Fender
There's a lot to be said for buying American, because they have far better labor standards than the Chinese factories.

Had a G&L tribute series telecaster and I thought it looked cool but it was way heavy, and felt uncomfortable to play… traded up to the G&L Fallout in Surf green and I couldn’t be happier. By far the nicest and most versatile guitar I’ve owned.

I have a USA made one, and I was not happy with the frets for the price of the guitar. I wrote to G&l, and they had me ship it to them. 2 weeks later, I got it back with a great fret job with polished, rounded frets. It should have never left the factory like it was, but at least they made the neck second to none. Great light guitar that is super versatile.

Thought the P90 sounded pretty crisp - I have Gibson P90's and to get a crisp tone I have to turn down the guitar volume (with treble bleed installed) and even so still turn up the treble on the amp!

While it sounds fantastic, you might have addressed the one obvious manufacturing defect. I know it is barely noticeable at first but once you see it it can’t be unseen. The entire neck is pointing the wrong way.

I have the USA FALLOUT guitar now - I bought the FALLOUT TRIBUTE first. SO what's the difference? TRIBUTE is a GREAT guitar for the price hands down. This USA neck is better built and the electronics are better - the tuning keys are better quality - The bridge is better quality metal I can tell just by looking at it. The body is ALDER not POPLAR - The neck pickup is a ZEBRA HUMBUCKER & BLOWS DOORS on the tribute humbucker. I did a side by side recording of the 2 and the USA is just WAY better sounding - BUT the TRIBUTE is one heck of a deal if you can't afford the USA and WELL worth the $599,00
