u need to find a bank that has black rolls. always find so much more in brinks boxes.
I got $60 in customer rolled halves, and $2.50 in loose halves from the bank on Friday. Found one 1969 D, which is my first silver half on the year
I went through 40 rolls of loose halves my credit union had today. Nothing new for my collection except a 2017-D I was missing. No silver.
I have never gotten new halves or quarters from my area. I guess I'm far enough away from the mints. I have gotten new pennies and nickels tho.
Why are all you guys weighing the rolls?
All you're doing is ruining the fun of the hunt. Weighing them is not going to add to or take from the amount of the coins in the roll

Half dollars are tough this time of the year - but at least you scored a "best-year ever" 1967! I've been getting lots of the new 2023-P's - and I have scoped each one looking for that DDO - but nothing yet. Another great video!
Yeah, I have not seen the DDO either and I have scoped about 5-10% of them. (still over 1,000 scopes LOL). 1967

i don't have ANY brand new uncirculated halfs.!!! I've seen full rolls of those go for more than face online too. even still, it's always awesome to find silver in circulation though.!!!

Ever heard of 1993 WW1 75th Anniversary ten dollar hutt rivers province coin , worth anything?

It actually has soldiers on it and some of the coins have ship wrecks and older planes.. none like the desert storm coin… I can’t seem to find anything on these coins

I’m afraid to buy a box of half dollars because they might be all new and then I’ll be stuck with them. I went to New York today and I got $10 in pennies but somebody searched through them all and took out all the wheat pennies. So then I bought five dollars worth in another bank and I got three wheats.
Got my second 40% silver this one a bit nicer 1969. Was a single roll hunt with an absurd amount of nice bicentennials. Almost have two rolls of them now. I wanna get a box but im scared its going to be new ones😭😭id have to have them order it too should i take the chance?
I found 50 wheat cents in a box that's a record for me I was so excited when I found them

A statistical analysis of the results of your roll hunts would be a fun exercise for a math nerd.
I'm pretty sure he did one back in January. Was a sort of 2023 review or something.
