- On TLC’s 'Sister Wives,' Janelle accuses Kody of using her for money to save the house the family bought for Christine. After Christine leaves town for her new home in Utah, the sale of her old house falls through. Kody sees it as an opportunity to keep the home in the family and suggests Janelle buys it, but it's not something she wants to do. She rather start building her own home on the family's Coyote Pass property. As Kody continues to press the issue, Janelle gets angry. 'Sister Wives' airs Sundays on TLC.

Kody wants Robyn to be happy. He doesn’t care about the rest of them. He used Janelle for money. He doesn’t deserve respect
Do you notice... every time they all meet as a group, he pulls up or gets on Zoom with RB and her children? It literally looks like she is number one on the totem pole, and the rest are "basement"wives. He compares all of them to her, he caters to her, he actually looks after her and her children. He refers to her children only, as "his" children. No wonder the rest of them feel the way they do.

He doesn't deserve Janelle. She has just become to smart for him and he can no longer manipulate or control her. She can do so much better without him. Or perhaps a genuine love is in her future. I think what is happening is he has decided that this plural marriage thing is no longer something he wants to be part of so he's picking fights and trying to push them all away except for, ((insert drum 🥁 roll here))....Robin...You can tell he doesn't love or care for these women and personally, they're making themselves look like fools for staying with him this long. I'd be long gone by now!
He's said that more than once. I don't think there's anything negative behind it. I just think he wants to emphasize that he he has kids with different women and it saying it in a clumsy way.

These are my takeaways: 1. Nothing is ever Kody Brown's fault... ever. 2. He tells three of the four wives he doesn't love them then gets angry if they want to leave. 3. He has no preferred wife, yet Robyn is the one that he consistently defends, spends time with and acts like an actual husband towards. Did I miss anything?
4. He only really makes any effort with Robin's kids. The rest, he can't really be bothered with.

I feel so bad for Janelle. Christine was the mom, Janelle and Meri were providers! He got rid of Meri emotionally, tried to alienate Christine the same way, and with Janelle has financially alienated her. Before Robyn they had him cornered and he was outvoted after Robyn he start peacocking way more and said forget the first 3 wives and 13 children. His children divorced him way before the moms did.

They are all also raised in or near polygamy which worked for them and their families. So hindsight is a mofo but yea their kids were happy before. They covered his narc behavior well and all worked. Then he got an ego stroker and he’s been hell on feet since. He lied to them he gaslights them he invalidates decades of their life with him. All these things. It’s really sad and yes they were young adults but it takes time for people to realize what’s normal when you’ve been bread to live a certain way. Each woman’s mother was a sister wife hell Janelle mom married his dad! So it’s baked into them to choose this life and what’s happened is their husband turned out to be an emotional abuser and their kids gave them the strength to leave. I really want a Christine and Janelle spin off, where every year they travel the world and Christine learns to cook new food from the locations they visit, and the season finale is on Thanksgiving where they incorporate the new dishes along side their traditional recipes ❤❤😋
