Its so beautiful and brilliantly constructed. you made it so that the two b;lade segments were wide enough apart to make blade catching feasible. noticed you didn't add the rectangular ornament at the base of the blade, I figure this piece is your version of it. Either way love your work.
@yellowgooseforge Hey man I love your videos & channel, I don't think I've ever missed a single video yet, but I'm wondering if you would be willing to make me a Karambit? If so I just need a way to send you the size/shape of the Karambit that I'm interested in, since there's probably hundreds of different styles of a Karambit, but I love your work & would love to have a Karambit made by you specifically, & I'll pay you very well, & its a pretty small blade under 6" or 7"inches long, maybe even under 5"inches just depending on if you're including the handle or not, but it should be a pretty easy/ straight forward blade to make, i wish I could help or watch you build it in person, but either way you can make multiple videos of the Karambit, & the cash for making it, plus future business between us if you're interested in that also:) but please let me know & I can send you cash & buy the parts needed if necessary, but I would be OK with paying you half the cash up front, & then the other half, plus a nice tip on top also:) just let me know man, I'm very interested if you're willing to help me out with making this knife? But because im disabled & going through to many surgeries & stuff otherwise I would have my own forge & stuff, I have 4 years of experience building houses, tools, welding, casting, carpentry, etc... & ALOT MORE TOO, But with all the surgeries I just can't do stuff like that right now, hopefully it will go back to a normal & having a good life again ASAP hopefully, but as of right now the only way that I can get a Karambit like the shape/style I'm interested in is if I found someone who would help me out, 1 guy from forged in fire who lives in the same state as me & he came in 2nd on the show, & 1 more guy who also is in the same state as me turned me down after hearing that he was gonna help me but 6 months later he had new excuses & it would take another year or close to it before he could work on the Karambit, but I've seen your work & your just as good maybe even better than the others who were on forged in fire years ago, so if you're interested in this I'll make it well worth your time, & I also have like 70-100lbs of Diamond Willow that I am more than happy to send you as much as you want, ots beautiful & its very very hard wood, because it dies in the winter, & comes back to life in the spring which is why 1 small piece of diamond Willow that is only 2.5-3 inches thick means that piece of diamond Willow is around 30-35 years old possibly ALOT MORE! & ALL of the beautiful red diamonds all over it, it makes incredible handles for knifes & stuff like bed posts, gun stocks, lamp stands, you name it & it can easily get over 2ft thick but a piece like that could be 150+++ years old, it's very strong & hard wood, almost like "Black Walnut", or like a type of "Mahogany", but because diamond Willow kinda twist's from the bottom to the top making it a little stronger than just having the wood fibers going up & down, or left & right, if it twist's like this it's much more heavy duty than other hard woods plus I don't know of any of types of wood that has beautiful red diamonds all over the entire tree, its just truly beautiful, & every single piece is different, no 2 are the same & I usually go hunting for it when I know what I am using it for, or what I'm using it on, then you can find perfect pieces for what you're making, otherwise you would have to make a random piece fit/work which is much more difficult, but I basically have some for just about anything I ever would use it for, & then random crazy twisted pieces that are just crazy looking & beautiful I put in my reptile tanks it really makes it all look just beautiful, & I also have lots of different species of reptiles mostly snakes to use the skin for knife sheathes, or wallets, or whatever you want it's like 1,000+ times stronger than leather, I have a "Asian Spitting Cobra", skin wallet, & its over a decade old ,& its almost still in perfect condition the only problem is the string they use to stitch the snake skin together, that will eventually fall apart but the snake skin is still perfect, so I'd you're interested in some snake skin for any projects that I'll also send you a few bags of different species of snakes & reptiles, you could probably make something beautiful with both the "Diamond Willow" & "snake skin" all for free as a few gifts for helping to make the Karambit, & I could send you pictures of the few that I love the shape of, & style of, I'll pay you well, plus a nice tip, plus plenty of both of 5ge gifts I thought you would definitely love to at least try making something with, if ots just not y9ur style I'll pay you to send whatever you don't like back to me, it's all up to you man, hope to hear from you soon bro, cheers, talk to you soonish hopefully!:)

Gege Akutami is going to buy that weapon for himself.
