What is interesting is that there is an audio tape out there of that incident happening...the death of the grizzly man...he wasn't the brightest person around. I think that they caught the grizzly that killed him and...
The anti-venom serums for a rattle snake bite is $43,000 per vial and it usually takes 2 or more vials to treat a snake bite. I know a man who's hospital bill from the copperhead snake bite cost $157,432.
The man in the bear video is Timothy Treadwell. He thought he was invincible and went into the Katmai National Park where you are not allowed to carry a gun. He got himself and his girlfriend killed by a huge brown bear that he had been feeding. There is an audio recording of the attack from his video camera that was turned on. It is quite disturbing to listen to. I was involved in the body recovery and in hunting the bear that killed him. A Grizzly bear is a sub species of the brown bear. The largest brown bear is the Kodiak Brown Bear which is found on Kodiak Island and the Kenai Penninsula of Alaska. These bears can reach over 11 feet (3.53 meters) tall and weigh as much as much as 1,800 pounds (820 kg). Their claws can reach 8 inches (20 cm) long.
Also gotta remember. That alot of those dog deaths are probably strays attacking because theyre in defense mode or they've got rabies possibly. Plus bad owners creating vicious or scared dogs that dont like people. Treat your dog well peoples ❤
Actually, any audio or video you find on the internet that claims to be the Tim Treadwell video is fake. The real tape has never been made public, and has never been digitized or put online. Apparently it was locked in a bank vault by a friend of his late girlfriend. Werner Herzog, who made the famous documentary, is one of the few people who has ever actually listened to it, and he advised her to destroy it.
Being raised in the south Texas countryside, I have a very healthy respect for many animals. When you fail to respect their abilities, that is when you WILL get hurt! Deer usually run away from you, but not always. I've had a few come right after me. But, the worst I've "faced" wasn't on this list. That is a wild boar, or it's slightly smaller cousin, the javelina. Wild boar WILL attack you, and they can kill you. Javelina are very territorial, and will come after you in a pack. And they have razor teeth. Best advice; if you have a gun; don't miss! If you don't; run fast!
Bison in yellowstone can be unpredictable. We joke that it becomes Tourist Tossing Season when yellowstone opens, because there is always some idiot that thinks they are pets.
Look up Denver Broncos (American Football player) Derek Wolf shot a Mountain Lion that was attacking his neighbor's animals. He's 6'5"/284 lbs (195.58 cm/128.82 kg.) There's a picture of him holding the Cougar to show you how big they can get. I hate that they had to kill the cat, but it is an impressive photo.
As a former zookeeper who has worked with everything from elephants, tigers, orangutans, bears, and hoofstock. The only things that have chased me are the hoofstock (elk, moose, and bison). And working with smaller deer species can be dangerous because the freak out
I'm in Columbus Ohio.. The most dangerous animal which may sound silly but DEER are the most dangerous animals where I live! Deer are numerous in the wooded areas of the city of Columbus. There are deer crossing warning signs also to be watchful for deer that maybe standing in the road or on the side of the road you are driving on. Deer often run across in front of your car. Deer are also hard to see because their camouflage body color blends in to the surroundings. Deer like to come out during sun rise and sun set. Deer can cost thousands of dollars of damage to your car if hit!
They're not joking about deer. This happened back in June only 1.5 miles from my home, on a busy 4 lane street in a commercial area. It was across the street from the supermarket where I usually shop. The video made it to TV news programs all over the US and even made it to The Telegraph UK : Deer crashes through bus in Rhode Island Somewhere out there is a deer with your name on it.
I Used To Hunt In Paris, Texas & I Went there with several of my Cousin's 1yr with my cousins & I had my cousins SKS with me in case we saw some Coyotes & a big black cat which looked like a Black Panther with a long tail & we wasn't far from the Cabin & stopped walking, I looked down & saw a black snake, the snake went to strike/ bite me I started jumping & I shot my Cousin grabbed me & about 5 or 6 of my Cousin's opened fire with Shotguns 12 Gauge, the snake slithered away & my cousin Joby shot it when it raised it's head
Grizzly Bears are a subspecies of American Brown Bear. We are also getting more reports of Pizzlies & Grolars (Polar & Grizzly crosses) as polar ice melting keeps more Polars land bound.
Correct. Usually, location will dictate which you would call them. Brown bears are usually coastal, and grizzlies are found inland. Grizzly tends to be a little smaller than the coast brown bear and a grizzly's fur will have a 'grizzled' look to it. The type of diet is the leading cause of the different appearances.
I have an American Staffordshire Terrier....well 56% anyway. He's the biggest baby in the world. If Chihuahua's were bigger, they'd be the most dangerous dogs on the planet.
Agreed. I had a hunk of my leg taken out by a Chihuahua. The little bastard came out of nowhere and just grabbed onto the side of my calf. Took me two months to heal and I'll always bear the scar. I had to go to a wound clinic and have the wound debrided twice. Nasty bite from such a small dog.
Amen! Chihuahuas are little demons with fur. Aggressive pitties are made so by owners. They are no more naturally aggressive, have no more bite force than they average other breeds. They are more muscular, however.
If Chihuahuas were bigger they might not have such an attitude. Napoleon Complex. I've owned Chihuahuas all my life and they all think they're a mix of King Kong and a rottweiler to compensate for their size. 😂
I saw Jaws in 1975 when it released in June of that year. I was 11 and went to Daytona beach with my best friend’s family later that Summer. Not surprisingly, very few went into the ocean.😆
Every summer in Martha's Vineyard (Massachusetts) where Jaws was filmed you can watch the movie sitting on the beach & in the water. I'm from Massachusetts & Jaws scared the shit out of me, but it's still 1 of my favorite films
Absolutely love your channel good to see the family doing good. T he US has a lot of dangerous critters buti think Australia has everyone beat. I live in Florida and its considered the US version of Australia
The "black widow" spider you are thinking of when you mentioned Australia is the Redback and it is much more venomous and different from a Black Widow, same family though.
The "lost surfer" Jon mentioned was Timothy Treadwell. Both he and his girlfriend Amie Huguenard were both killed and eaten by a Brown/Grizzly Bear in 2003. Rumor is, the bear shown in this clip is the one that killed them both. And yes the Brown and Grizzly Bear are the same.
As someone who lives in Virginia, US. That tiny brown recluse can change your fucking life. A good enough bite without help (Say in your hand area) in time and half your muscles and skin will just get eaten. away by the Brown Recluses Necrotic Venom
When I was a kid a horse tried to kick me. I saw it tensing up, shifting its weight, and preparing to do it, and tried to back away fast, but I tripped and fell. And that's probably what saved me, as the horse's rear kick went over my head and just barely clipped my flailing arm. Even so, I had to go get x-rays, as it was extremely painful and I and my parents feared a broken bone. Fortunately, it wasn't broken.
Cats have been known to smother sleeping babies. By sleeping with them and laying on them to keep warm. I don’t know if it’s a very large issue but it has happened.
There is a documentary about the Grizzly man - would not recommend watching with kiddos… but check it out his name is Timothy Treadwell…. Is absolutely mind blowing how this guy believed wild bears were his friend….
Deer scare me the most. I lost one car because of one. I work for one the largest banks in the world and a herd of deer roam around our property. Got to drive slow on the way out of work. It’s like they TRY to get hit
I do believe they've found bull sharks as far as 1500 miles inland. They had swam up the Mississippi River along with some other, smaller but rather feisty sorts of fish like Pike (?).
Brown bear/Grizzley bear/ Kodiak bear are the same bear just in different locations but they’re like 99.9% the same. I believe the “Kodiak” bears are a bit bigger because they live in a certain place.
Statistically, you're more likely to be killed by a vending machine than a shark. As long as you're not being dumb, more often than not they're just going to check you out and then swim off.
Yesterday there was a small child in California who was attacked by a Cougar and dragged off into the woods. Its rare , but it does happen. The child survived, but the cougar was dispatched.
The number of fatal spider bites dropped significantly in the US as indoor bathrooms became more common. Outhouses were where folks frequently ran into spiders.
the lightning vs sharks is misleading. Lightning can strike anyone, anywhere, where as shark attacks you kinda have to be in their native habitat. If you took the sample size down from everyone ( for lightning) to only those in shark areas (for sharks) I believe the shark one would be more probable, when calculated accurately per person.
The whitetail deer population is really getting out of hand, at least in the East. I can go outside at night and shine a light in any direction and find deer. I think fewer people hunt than once did. Everybody I know has hit at least one with their car and a sixteen year old girl not far from my house was killed last year trying to avoid one. I grew up and lived for many years in West Virginia, the state where, statistically you are most likely to hit a deer. Back then I mostly drove junkers. Never even came close to hitting a deer. Moved to Virginia, bought a brand new Ford Explorer, 800 miles later.......
This is long winded, but I hope your family enjoys the story. Years back my girlfriend’s mom took her and I to Hilton head S.C. It was the first time (not the last) I saw a gator, but that’s not the funny part. They had signs warning to not let your dog get too far from the leash. I’m sure you can assume why. But a year later I was in Florida eating a fresh gator. Deep fried, it was good, but I attribute that more to the batter. As a dog lover I thought it was very fitting.
I went boating on the Cape Fear river in North Carolina and the amount of alligators was unbelievable. That won't happen again. The driver of the boat was swaying the boat to purposely scare us landlubbers, but was unnecessary....we were already freaking out! 😂😂😂😅
Graham Family! Greetings from Southern Oregon, USA! Love your channel! -FunFact- We have THE largest population of Great Whites in the world! Juuust off the west coast. Ifya look on a map of the west coast of the U.S. there's what's called the "Red Triangle" aka the "Bloody Triangle" It ranges from about where San Francisco is and goes up past the Frisco bay and out into the ocean some miles, making the triangle. -FunFact- -Mountain Lion- When it comes to hunting, they have THEE highest success rate of all the large predators in the U.S. -FunFact- -Bears- yes Grizzlies are in the brown bear family. 😎👍 -FunFact- -dogs(Pit Bulls)- Dogs are only as dangerous as their breeders and owners make them no matter the breed! The Pit Bulls' original nickname was "The Nanny Dog" because people knew they could leave their children home alone with the family Pit and that dog would give it's LIFE to protect the kid(s). Yet because some folks decided to use them for fighting and or to protect against law enforcement raids, the poor animals have suffered DECADES of murderous hatred leading to them being shot on sight in MANY counties across MANY states for MANY years!:I grew up in the 80s & 90s and seen it happen more times then I care to count..😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 -FunFact- -Killer Bee's- Yup no joke! The U.S. especially the South West region does infact still deals with them! They came up through Mexico. -FunFact- -Deer- Many don't know this but deer sleepwalk alot! While they sleep they can either be laying down or standing up, when they are standing, they can end up walking around with their noses leading the way; looking for choice bits to nibble on! I use to Deliver News Papers here in Klamath falls Oregon for some years. We have both whitetail and Mule Deer here. I've lost track of how many times I almost hot Bambi's dumb a$$! Lol They will look to out run your vehicle by dashing back an forth often times zigzagging Infront of the same car multiple times! Car headlights end up giving deer tunnel vision an they can't see what's to either side of the road...
Do you know that Florida is the only place in the world where you can find both alligators (fresh water) and crocodiles (salt water)? It's because of the mangrove swamps that filter out the salt on the other side from the ocean. In AK, there's a brown bear sub species called the Kodiak bear, which is huge, and they're only found in the SW part of AK in the Kodiak archipelago. Yes, in answer to your question, Kodiaks and grizzlies are both brown bear. But, where they're located as to what they're called: coastal browns are brown bears, but interior browns are grizzlies. I'm 77, and I have yet to see either of these 2 spiders. The problem isn't mainly because of drivers swerving to miss deer. Rather, it's that mama never taught the kids how to cross the road safely. As a result, they'll walk right out in front of a car, many times from a nearby line of trees. Imagine what a deer on your car's hood could do to you.
jaws to this day scares me I won't go in the ocean Hey Garin I like you keep supporting those Buckeyes with that hat just remember you can't share that hat it's yours! OH-----------IO!!!!!!!!
The brown bear and grizzly bear are the same thing with the Kodiak bear on Kodiak Island in Alaska being a subspecies which is generally a bit larger than the mainland variety.
That is the "Grizzly Man", Timothy Treadwell. He spent his summers in what is called the Grizzly Maze in Alaska. He saw himself as a protector of Bear, and thought he had a special connection with them. It's kind of prophetic that he is talking about how the older and sickly bear is the dangerous one, because he stayed in that area past the point where healthy bear are hibernating, and the ones that still hunted were bears that hadn't gotten enough food to make it through the winter. Essentially, the bear that were left were willing to have a go at anything, including Timothy and his girlfriend. They were both attacked and consumed by a Grizzly, who was later found and killed with parts of these two still digesting in its stomach. Timothy knew this area very well, and knew he shouldn't be camping this time of year, so some people considered this suicide by bear, but I think he just got cocky and forgot that he wasn't a bear, but potentially food for them.
Also, you talked about killer bees. There's actually a story behind that, and as is often the case, human stupidity. A monk in South America was keeping bees for honey, but had brought a species of bee normally native to central Europe that could not deal with the heat in South America. So he imported another (sub)species of bee from Africa that was used to the heat, but much more aggressive and territorial, and crossbred them. He ended up with a hybrid that absolutely produced what he considered an acceptable amount of honey at the higher temps . . . but was more aggressive than either species, and seemed to never consider someone sufficienlty "chased off" if they were threatening the nest. The hybrid gradually made it's way north, and outcompeted a bunch of local species, but eventually stopped expanding, and was out competed when it got to less hot climates. They're not much of a problem in North America these days, but are still a problem in central and south America. So the killer honeybee was created by that most dangerous of things: human stupidity.
Little known Fact about Texas: According to estimates, there could be around 2,000-5,000 tigers residing in this southern state of the United States, making Texas home to as many tigers as there are in the wild worldwide, which is estimated to be 5,000. And that's just the Tiger population of Texas not including all the other wild animals. Texas really is a whole World on to its own.
The USA Shark Bite capital is near me. Almost all of those in New Smyrna Beach, FL are just bite and release. in my country they took a 15' and two 12' Alligators out of the St Johns River. I have never seen a Panther in the wild. The scariest think that happened to me out in the woods, was when a Black Bear Cub came squalling through the woods and ran up the tree right in front of me. As a kid, I caught a Copperhead snake. I have seen a Bobcat coming right at me, chasing a cottontail rabbit. I saw a picture of a guy posing with the Elk he took, where the flash, lite up a cougar sneaking in behind him to get the Elk.
I grew up in, and lived the first half of my life in New Orleans, LA. Despite being a certified city boy, I was at one point or another at close proximity to alligators, and water moccasins/cottonmouths, and brown recluses are pretty much a fact of life. That being said, I'm one of those people who doesn't act stupid around wild animals and knows that they can be very dangerous if you are not paying attention, or, frankly, if you do something stupid. (Recluses specifically are well named, they only attack they are surprised or you do something stupid. They are far happier hiding from the world, gorging themselves on cockroaches and other insects.) A copperhead also got into the office where I worked when I was living in Texas. But the only time that I ever actually felt in any danger was when I was living in Texas, and hit a deer at highway speeds that jumped directly in front of my car. Let me put it this way, I am a skilled and (from growing up in New Orleans, which is a very tough town, which a lot of people don't realized) aware driver. I'd both been in, and avoid car crashes before. But trust me, when a deer jumps in front of your car, there is literally no warning or time to react. One second, empty highway, the next second, deer off the ground in front your headlights. I got lucky, and wasn't severely injjured. (FWIW, the, guy who stopped to check on me euthanized the deer . . . made a point of telling me he was keeping it for the meat as "payment" which was weird in my opinion.) But trust me: I absolutely understand why deer are a special danger to drivers. There is literally no warning. The deer was relatively small, and I was able to get the car back under control after hitting it, but if it had been much larger, it probably would have gone through the windshield.
The blonde man in the bear video ended up getting killed by a bear, along with his girlfriend.
What is interesting is that there is an audio tape out there of that incident happening...the death of the grizzly man...he wasn't the brightest person around. I think that they caught the grizzly that killed him and...
he was a moron
@JohnSmith-tw5fl Yes the bear was found and killed.
Came to say that. Thanks
They found his watch ... inside that bear ... 😮

The female black widows have the red on them the males do not.😊
Males are also smaller and look quite a bit different. (Just adding on in case someone reads more.)

I Call them George
Moose, bison and wolves shd have been on that list.
In one month driving to and from work I counted 87 deer on the interstate that had been hit. It was 80 miles round trip.
Hello From Texas
I am surprised Hawks, Falcons or Eagles didn't make this list. Feels like every week they try to fly off with a small child.
I was so close to stepping on a sure to be friendly and quite chubby Copperhead one night. Their camouflage is unbelievable in person.

That guy that showed the Grizzly Man he actually got eaten by grizzly bears and his girlfriend too😂😂😂😂
Fact. But not funny.
@@grumpypants8113 It’s hysterical.
All he kept saying was that he was their “protector” and they all accepted him.
Guess not true.
I thought it was funny because he kept telling his girlfriend to let it keep eating him...

Deer are tall so when they are hit they go through the windshield and that's how many people are killed
Like the cut bro, looks better than the hat
Man removed themselves like alcohol removed themselves. Haha.
Deers. That's why all my vehicles I have dear whistles. Especially my motorcycle. William s
dog fatality/bite statistics often lump several breeds together in "pitbull type" breeds. It's either a pitbull, or it isn't.
Thats why we have so many hunters and thank God because deer mate like rabbits we would be overrunned and people come first
Another great video❤
Yes on Jaws 😆 🤣
Yesterday there was a small child in California who was attacked by a Cougar and dragged off into the woods. Its rare , but it does happen. The child survived, but the cougar was dispatched.
Had a guy here in Colorado attacked by a juvenile mountain lion...he strangled it with his legs but had to go to hospital with injuries

People in the USA have pet cougars it is more common than you think
Graham Family!
Greetings from Southern Oregon, USA!
Love your channel!
-FunFact-
We have THE largest population of Great Whites in the world! Juuust off the west coast. Ifya look on a map of the west coast of the U.S. there's what's called the "Red Triangle" aka the "Bloody Triangle" It ranges from about where San Francisco is and goes up past the Frisco bay and out into the ocean some miles, making the triangle.
-FunFact-
-Mountain Lion-
When it comes to hunting, they have THEE highest success rate of all the large predators in the U.S.
-FunFact-
-Bears- yes Grizzlies are in the brown bear family. 😎👍
-FunFact-
-dogs(Pit Bulls)-
Dogs are only as dangerous as their breeders and owners make them no matter the breed! The Pit Bulls' original nickname was "The Nanny Dog" because people knew they could leave their children home alone with the family Pit and that dog would give it's LIFE to protect the kid(s). Yet because some folks decided to use them for fighting and or to protect against law enforcement raids, the poor animals have suffered DECADES of murderous hatred leading to them being shot on sight in MANY counties across MANY states for MANY years!:I grew up in the 80s & 90s and seen it happen more times then I care to count..😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

-Killer Bee's-
Yup no joke! The U.S. especially the South West region does infact still deals with them! They came up through Mexico.
-FunFact-
-Deer-
Many don't know this but deer sleepwalk alot! Lol
They will look to out run your vehicle by dashing back an forth often times zigzagging Infront of the same car multiple times!
The largest gator ever caught was 5.8 meters. A 3 meter gator is still a youngster. Those are the ones we eat! 😂
Can’t do the dog thing after Cujo.
, there are more Tigers in captivity in Texas than in the entire wild of the world.
jaws to this day scares me I won't go in the ocean Hey Garin I like you keep supporting those Buckeyes with that hat just remember you can't share that hat it's yours! OH-----------IO!!!!!!!!
The brown bear and grizzly bear are the same thing with the Kodiak bear on Kodiak Island in Alaska being a subspecies which is generally a bit larger than the mainland variety.
Florida sucks
I had a Rottweiler many years ago she was fine unless you were trying to hurt me or my son. Dogs are only as vicious as their owners let them get.
Our car was totalled when a mother deer and fawn crossed our road in a snow storm.
A black bear ran across the road while I was riding my motorcycle in yellowstone, their quick
One of my married friends told me his Mother-in-Law is a very dangerous animal in the world, 🤭😂 lol
I'm shocked that my mother-in-law isn't on the list. What's up with that?
Im like Indiana Jones. I hate snakes along with bees and wasps. As for dogs it all depends on how they are treated by their owners.
Honestly Shouldn't #1 be mosquitoes because of all the diseases they carry.
What's up with the volume? You guys are good, but the volume of the reaction video is low.
Humans didn't make the list? That's shocking!
Animal is a term created by human beings. The title clearly says animals not living things.
Grizzly Bears are inland Brown Bears, the Kodiak subspecies is the largest and heaviest of all Bear species.
Little known Fact about Texas:
According to estimates, there could be around 2,000-5,000 tigers residing in this southern state of the United States, making Texas home to as many tigers as there are in the wild worldwide, which is estimated to be 5,000. And that's just the Tiger population of Texas not including all the other wild animals. Texas really is a whole World on to its own.
11:01 😂
Yea, uh, Grizzly man and his girlfriend were eaten by a Grizly bear, they left that part out.
May pit is sweet if he knows you but it depends on how they are raised.
