Describing her job, she was quoted as saying, “I make appointments for scans for women and birthing people”. It would appear that Leicester Royal Infirmary has difficulty defining what a woman is too.

Fast forward to today: my oldest has his BS in computer engineering and a MBA and works for Google; my second child has her MS in Library Science and works in a library in a very rural area and helps kids learn about their world; my youngest has her degrees in technical theatre and business. Our ethnicity? Hispanic, so it bothers me when I hear that books and education are white privilege.
