There is too much diversity in NHS and home office. Lets have an initiative to reduce diversity. This can only make things better as the Home Office is a massively failing institution.
The NHS is broken when nurses say they are ashamed and embarrassed to hand forms to MEN that ask if they might be pregnant. Nurses say it makes them look stupid and fear people might not trust what they are doing if they think they don't know the difference between a man and a woman. None are allowed to say anything which is worse.
The lefties in the Home Office are a law unto themselves, all eagerly awaiting a Labour Home Secretary, Yvette Cooper, and an 'open borders/migrants welcome' agenda as Labour's immigration policy.
I am prepared to endure a Labour government if it means the Conservatives will become a real Conservative party again or be replaced by a real Conservstive party.

I have worked in Pakistan for some time. Pakistanis have wished me Happy Easter and invited me to their home near Christmas, none of these people were Christians but were sensitive about our religion.
