What would you do when you think no one is watching? What Would You Do? (WWYD?) explores the varying answers with the help of hidden cameras capturing individuals who have been placed within seemingly everyday situation that quickly go ary. The individuals on this hidden camera show are forced to make tough calls when directly faced with situations of racism, violence, hate crimes, and other hot button cultural issues. Catch John Quinones reporting on these individuals as they make split-second decisions to intervene or mind their own business. WWYD? airs Friday nights at 9|8c on ABC.
What Would You Do? (WWYD) is a hidden camera show, hosted by ABC News correspondent John Quinones, in which unknowing bystanders are placed in uncomfortable, and often compromising real world scenarios in public. WWYD’s hidden cameras focus on the average person’s responses and reactions to these issues of social responsibility. Topics such as gay couples being affectionate in public, date rape, racism and racial profiling, interracial couples, abusive parents, drunk driving, and harassment of the homeless are touched upon in this series. I had the same crap happen to me in 2003 August my dude backed out 2 weeks before our wedding. He ended things the night we got the keys to our brand new home and moving things in. Everything paid for flight booked first class to Jamaica Negril, it was embarrassing and it destroyed me “so I thought” . I was 23 years old at that time and thought my life was over. How am I gonna tell my folks, my wedding party, family who are all flying in from different states. How do I go about removing my name from the new home. All that shit on top of the major blow to your ego and self esteem. Blessing in disguise!! People if someone backs out of wedding because of COLD FEET, which was the excuse he gave me take it and run! Lmfao you WILL look back and say THANK GOD!!!

stephanie mellon Nope I cut my losses and dealt with money loss I spend for my ticket and room. Who knows if he even went I cut all communication after I got my name off the house and money I put in as half on down payment with the house. But I’ve gone with my husband years ago and it was fun.

I worked in a Doctors Office where this happened to a Bride, I cant began to tell you how devastated she was I dont think I have ever in my life seen anyone in that much emotional pain, and hope I never do again. I disagree with what the lady said about how much money the wedding costed, or that it would "break too many people's hearts." Who freaking cares about that?!?! It isn't about the guests, and it isn't about the money. I don't care how many hearts it breaks, or how much money it costed for them to walk away. No - NO amount of money is worth going through with it if it turns out it was a mistake!!
BUT, at this point, the advice should NOT be worrying about what other people would think or how much money it would cost. Instead, the advice should be, talk to someone you trust. Talk to your fiance and figure something out. Don't just walk away. COMMUNICATE!! TRY to figure out if there should go through with it or not, then go from there!

When I was younger and I was bartending a friend came into the bar in his tux and his friends and had some nerves. He had four double shots of Jack Daniels with me and went and got married across the street. Four months later I saw him and he told me he didn't remember the wedding and the first thing he remembered was the reception. I don't know how the marriage turned out but I always felt a little guilty about getting him drunk before the wedding 😏😁
