Hey there 👋 We're glad to see you're interested in learning more about us. So please note that opening a personal account with us is actually free. But in order to receive third party payments into your account with us you may indeed need to first top up a balance in your account with us in order to active the Account Details feature: wi.se/getbankdetails That being said, when it comes to our Business Account, then you'd have to pay a fee in order to register depending on your business' location, and we elaborate on this on our page here: wi.se/feesforusingbusiness We acknowledge that having to pay a fee in order to use a service is never ideal, but we always aim to keep our costs as low as possible. Hi there, April. Creating duplicated accounts isn't allowed. The account would end up being deactivated. Each customer must only have one account. hi, I use Wise and I am from Russia, I really like this online bank and I use it for traveling, but unfortunately due to politics sanctions were introduced and it is impossible to create a Wise for Russia and I created a wise profile for myself on a document of a European country drawn in Photoshop, it is not real, it is a fake and I have been using it for quite a long time so, tell me is it safe at all to store large funds from $ 10,000 and above on such an account? If suddenly they suspect something and block the account, will it be possible to withdraw them to another bank card that is not issued in Russia?
Hi there. Keep in mind that providing fake documents is considered a breach of our customer agreement since you've provided false, inaccurate, and misleading information. Due to this, we may suspend your Wise Account at any time, among a few other actions listed on section 8.6 of our Terms of Use: wi.se/customeragreement If you're account is deactivated, any money in your balances will be withheld if it's reasonably needed to protect against the risk of liability or if we reasonably believe you have violated our Acceptable Use Policy while we're conducting security checks. You'll then need to file an appeal and provide an external account for a refund. We hope this clarifies your questions.

Hi, is the digital card free? they’re asking me for a 20 euro fee on top of 0.17. am i paying this for the card? or will it be added into the card? i don’t understand
Hey there! If you're planning on getting the digital card, there's no fee involved for it. You can find out more here: wi.se/wisedigitalcard The charges that you're referring to is to get account details, which would allows you to receive money from other global currencies like USD, GBP an EUR. to name a few. You can find out more about it here: wi.se/account-details If you have more questions, you can always DM/PM us via Facebook, X or Instagram and we'll be right with you.
I recently received a payment from Amazon into my Wise account. However, I am unable to withdraw the funds because I currently reside in Qatar, where Wise’s withdrawal services seem to have limitations. Could you please advise on the best course of action to access these funds? Is there an alternative method to withdraw or transfer the money to another account?
Hello there! If your local Qatar bank is able to accept EUR or GBP then you can send your payment away from your balance via SWIFT: wi.se/swiftpayments Otherwise if you have any other bank accounts in any of the supported currencies then you can freely send to them: wi.se/currencieswesupport We hope this helps, feel free to send us a PM on Facebook, Instagram or X if you have any other questions.
@ what if I send it as a payment to friend in USA and he then sends to me is that acceptable and that will not suspend my account right cause last time Payoneer suspended my account for that reason ?
Hi there - thanks for reaching out. Wise offers multi-currency accounts almost everywhere, but there are some limitations and restrictions. We're striving to offer our products globally, but at the moment we don't provide them in countries or regions other than those listed here: wi.se/balanceavailability. hi. i have a question about charging wise. from whch bank we can charge? from bybit and revolout gets ban i wanna know other banks that won't hurt wise account
Hey there Hana. At the moment we can't accept any payments from Bybit so it's not possible to send payments from there to Wise. We can only accept incoming payments from cryptocurrency related businesses as long as they’re regulated and/or supervised in the EU or UK. For more info on other payments we can't accept, see here: wi.se/incompatible-accounts-wise If you have any other specific questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us on our other social media platforms or via phone and email here: wi.se/contactus
Wise I can't really recieve money from international client. I live in India so I can't really recieve money by creating a personal account. To get money I need to create a business account which is a lot of hassle.
Hi there, Aayush. We understand this can be frustrating. For business transactions, you'd need to have a Wise business account. We explain more about this, here: wi.se/businessaccount Balances aren't available for personal accounts, but Indian businesses can still receive money with Wise. If you have any other further questions, feel free to connect with us, here: wi.se/help
I've been using payoneer for a couple of years now. Payoneer doesn't support transfers from personal account in the receiving account, whereas Wise does. I want to know if Wise receiving accounts can be used as a normal local bank account. What are it's limitations. Also some key questions I want to ask are: 1. Can we receive business payments on the Wise balance account details ? 2. Can Wise balance account also receive payments from remittance agencies just like a normal bank account ? Or Wise doesn't allow that & blocks such payments ? 3. For reference, I want to transfer SAR (Saudi Riyal) to Wise USD balance or any other currency that supports balance account in Wise as there's no balance account for SAR. Will I be able to provide Wise USD balance account as recipient account to transfer SAR to USD balance ? As we can easily initiate such transfers through remittance & receive money in our local bank, I was wondering if it works with Wise balance accounts or not. 4. Another reference, can we transfer SAR or QAR to Wise AED balance account through remittance agencies ?
Hi there. You can't use Wise as a bank account, because Wise is not a bank, it’s a Money Services Business. However, we offer some features which are similar to those available from bank accounts, including holding a balance, sending and receiving payments and spending with a debit card. More info here: wi.se/iswiseabank. In order to receive business payments, you need to open a business account. The availability of this depends on where your business is registered. You can check all the product features available for your region from this link: wi.se/business-feature. Just scroll down to "Product features“, and choose the country where your business is registered. You can also read more about the business account here: wi.se/allowedbusinesses. We don't currently support SAR and QAR transfers. So, it won't be possible to crate a transfer from SAR to USD. Here's a list of currencies you can send to/from: wi.se/currencieswesupport. Regarding the account details to receive money, please feel free to check if you're residing in a region where we offer our Balances feature: wi.se/balanceavailability. As long as the transfer is from and to a currency we support, and the sending institute accepts our details, you can transfer money to your balance. We'd be happy to help and reply to your questions. For business services, please contact our business support team here: wi.se/help. You can also DM us on X, Instagram or Facebook for personal accounts.
@Wise I see SAR or QAR isn't available as currency which I can transfer from but what I'm asking is will Wise accept transfers that come from any remittance agencies to the balance account like USD GBP or let's say AED. Not sure for AED as it's under "You can only send money to these currencies (via local transfer)" does this mean we won't be able to receive international payments in AED balance account ? Remittance agencies do support transfers on a wide range of currencies so what I wanted to ask is will the receiving account details Wise provides be able to receive those payments or are there any exceptions ? That's all, I'm glad to see very quick response from your end. Thanks for your concern.
To receive money with us, your current address should be in one of the countries on this list: wi.se/balanceavailability If so, you can request account details in USD and GBP and receive the money in your balances. Check out this article: wi.se/howtoreceivemoney You can also receive AED Swift payments to your GBP details. More here: wi.se/receivewithgbpdetails
@@Wise I understand you & I've balance account as well. My main concern is whether we could receive transfers initiated by remittance agencies or not ? As I can't add balance on my own, is it possible to use Wise balance account to receive payments via such institutions to deposit USD/GBP/AED or any other currency ? My only question is does Wise blocks such payments or we could easily receive them as other normal bank accounts which are able to receive such payments.
To receive money in this way you'll need to have account details. You should be able to receive from remittance agencies without problem. Account details work like a normal bank account. We offer account details in different currencies, for most of them you can only receive money in the same currency, this means that if you have AUD account details, then you can only receive that currency there. However there's an exception, if you have EUR and GBP account details, you can receive from multiple currencies, more on this here: wi.se/available-payments-wise To know how to get account details to receive money, please go here: wi.se/getbankdetails If you have any questions, feel free to reach out with a DM to any of our social media channels Facebook, Instagram or Twitter (X), we'll be happy to help.
Hey there. It gladdens us to see you're interested in getting started with our business card feature. So please take note that whether your business would be eligible for getting our card feature would depend on where it is that your business is registered and we elaborate on this on our page here: wi.se/bizcardavailability In case your country/region is not yet a registered one, then bear in mind that it's always our intention to expand our services to new places around the world. And for now you'd be able to join our waitlist here: wi.se/joincardwaitlist - that way we'll make sure to notify you as soon as you'd be able to get the card. We hope this explains matters to a degree, but please also feel free to PM or DM us on Facebook, Instagram, or X, in case you have any other questions or concerns. We'd be happy to help.
At the moment, we temporarily suspended Wise cards for customers in the US, both personal and businesses: wi.se/pauseduscards We're working really hard to bring this feature back, and as soon as we have any updates about this, we'll make sure to let our customers know.
An interesting question, Dulla. You can access your account from a supported browser or the Wise app. Both of these options have a log-out button so your info stays protected or another customer can sign in. Remember to only sign in on trusted devices; you'll be asked to verify the device when you sign in. To answer your question, you can have one account per device, as it requires you to sign out to access another one. I hope this helps 👍
Attention wiser please solution my question. If I was in uk where local currency is pound and i use a norway app and this app has subscription to kroner currency. Then I can use digital wise card for subscription to kroner currency or not ..... Please reply me. I am new
Hi there! The currency for transactions depends on the merchant, no matter where you are in the world. So, if the subscription is priced in Kroner, that’s the currency that will be deducted, even if you’re in London. Hope that clears things up.
We don't support sending to or from SAR just yet, but we're always working hard to add more currencies to the services that we offer. In the meantime, feel free to add SAR to our wish list here: wi.se/wishlist If you need anything else, please feel free to reach us at wi.se/contactus or on X, Facebook, or Instagram. We're here for you.

is reciving money as a business always free? i got a belgium iban but iam a german business but i wonder if reciving money is free and if i can pay me out to my personal bank account for free
Hey Walter! To receive money to your business account, you'll first need to make a one time payment fee, this is to get account details. Once you have your account details, receiving to your Wise business account in most cases is free, but there are some exceptions like receiving USD wire and SWIFT payments, or receiving CAD SWIFT payments. Other than that, you can receive money without fees. Learn more about this here: wi.se/receive-business-fees If you have any questions, feel free to reach out with a DM to any of our social media channels Facebook, Instagram or Twitter (X), we'll be happy to help.
Hey there. Even though not all of our features will be available in your region you can still register for a Wise account here: wi.se/createaccount Please note, you'll only be able to send money with us, see more here: wi.se/howtosendmoney At the moment, due to high demand, we've stopped offering the balance feature to new users in your region. This means that you won't be able to obtain personal account details, to receive payments from others. You can check out which countries and elligble for details here: wi.se/balanceavailability We understand that this isn't ideal but we'll definitely let you know once we're able to offer the feature for everyone again 💚 If anything changes, we'll be sure to keep you posted. If you have any other specific questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us on our other social media platforms or via phone and email here: wi.se/contactus

Not to be a jerk, but _Payoneer_ is a dumb name. Unless they had a western/cowboy theme going on, then it would be kinda cute. But they have a rainbow circle for a logo, instead. 🙄 That's bad marketing.

If it's sent by a Wise user, you can request for prompt updates from the user, since updates will be shared there on their activity page.
Due to the platform specifics, you can't send a DM on TH-cam, but you can reach out to us via Instagram, Facebook, or X and let us know your membership number, if you still have questions.

I am residing in Germany, but do not have German passport. Can I open an account with the Serbian passport? Do I need any additional documents in that case? Thanks
Hey there Ivan. If you reside in Germany but don't have a German passport then you can upload a driver's license or a National ID instead. You can upload a Serbian passport but the information on it will need to match the information on your account. See more on verifying your identity here: wi.se/verifyyourid

Hi, is the digital card free? they’re asking me for a 20 euro fee on top of 0.17. am i paying this for the card? or will it be added into the card? i don’t understand
Hey there! If you're planning on getting the digital card, there's no fee involved for it. You can find out more here: wi.se/wisedigitalcard
The charges that you're referring to is to get account details, which would allows you to receive money from other global currencies like USD, GBP an EUR. to name a few. You can find out more about it here: wi.se/account-details
If you have more questions, you can always DM/PM us via Facebook, X or Instagram and we'll be right with you.
If your local Qatar bank is able to accept EUR or GBP then you can send your payment away from your balance via SWIFT: wi.se/swiftpayments Otherwise if you have any other bank accounts in any of the supported currencies then you can freely send to them: wi.se/currencieswesupport
We hope this helps, feel free to send us a PM on Facebook, Instagram or X if you have any other questions.
@ what if I send it as a payment to friend in USA and he then sends to me is that acceptable and that will not suspend my account right cause last time Payoneer suspended my account for that reason ?
we can't receive money. is that true? If so, is this restriction valid for our country only?
Hi there - thanks for reaching out. Wise offers multi-currency accounts almost everywhere, but there are some limitations and restrictions. We're striving to offer our products globally, but at the moment we don't provide them in countries or regions other than those listed here: wi.se/balanceavailability.
This means that you should be able to open a Wise account and send money: wi.se/howtosendmoney, but you can't get account details to receive money into your account from others. We'll let our customers know as soon as any changes are made.
Please feel free to reach out to us over on social media for more help. This can be on X/Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, or alternatively through this link: wi.se/help - we're there to help 💚
hi. i have a question about charging wise. from whch bank we can charge? from bybit and revolout gets ban i wanna know other banks that won't hurt wise account
Hey there Hana. At the moment we can't accept any payments from Bybit so it's not possible to send payments from there to Wise. We can only accept incoming payments from cryptocurrency related businesses as long as they’re regulated and/or supervised in the EU or UK.
For more info on other payments we can't accept, see here: wi.se/incompatible-accounts-wise

Wise
I can't really recieve money from international client.
I live in India so I can't really recieve money by creating a personal account.
To get money I need to create a business account which is a lot of hassle.
Hi there, Aayush.
We understand this can be frustrating. For business transactions, you'd need to have a Wise business account. We explain more about this, here: wi.se/businessaccount
Balances aren't available for personal accounts, but Indian businesses can still receive money with Wise.
Also some key questions I want to ask are:
To receive money with us, your current address should be in one of the countries on this list: wi.se/balanceavailability
If so, you can request account details in USD and GBP and receive the money in your balances.
However there's an exception, if you have EUR and GBP account details, you can receive from multiple currencies, more on this here: wi.se/available-payments-wise
To know how to get account details to receive money, please go here: wi.se/getbankdetails

When will Wise provide cards for Businesses accounts please?
Thank you
Hey there. It gladdens us to see you're interested in getting started with our business card feature.
So please take note that whether your business would be eligible for getting our card feature would depend on where it is that your business is registered and we elaborate on this on our page here: wi.se/bizcardavailability
In case your country/region is not yet a registered one, then bear in mind that it's always our intention to expand our services to new places around the world.
@ I appreciate your reply
My business registered in USA
Thank you
At the moment, we temporarily suspended Wise cards for customers in the US, both personal and businesses: wi.se/pauseduscards
We're working really hard to bring this feature back, and as soon as we have any updates about this, we'll make sure to let our customers know.
If we have same wifi with internet on different ip then how many wise accounts can we have on different mobiles
We need SAR Currency!!.. i have some money need to be send to my bank account BUT THERE'S NO SAR CURRENCY!!
We don't support sending to or from SAR just yet, but we're always working hard to add more currencies to the services that we offer. In the meantime, feel free to add SAR to our wish list here: wi.se/wishlist
If you need anything else, please feel free to reach us at wi.se/contactus or on X, Facebook, or Instagram.

Learn more about this here: wi.se/receive-business-fees
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out with a DM to any of our social media channels Facebook, Instagram or Twitter (X), we'll be happy to help.
Why not option for west Africa CFA TOGO
Hey there. Even though not all of our features will be available in your region you can still register for a Wise account here: wi.se/createaccount
Please note, you'll only be able to send money with us, see more here: wi.se/howtosendmoney
At the moment, due to high demand, we've stopped offering the balance feature to new users in your region. This means that you won't be able to obtain personal account details, to receive payments from others. You can check out which countries and elligble for details here: wi.se/balanceavailability
We understand that this isn't ideal but we'll definitely let you know once we're able to offer the feature for everyone again 💚
If anything changes, we'll be sure to keep you posted. If you have any other specific questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us on our other social media platforms or via phone and email here: wi.se/contactus
Can wise send money to Zelle and vise versa?
Sadly, no Anslem, both Us and Zelle use different platforms to complete your transactions and it wouldn’t be possible to transfer money between these two services. We cover this topic in detail here 👉 wi.se/zelle-support
Wise won't let me open a new business account because I'm from Pakistan however Payoneer does. I know Wise is way better in services but what's the point if you don't let me open a new account? I know what your response to this will be yes here is the link you can open a wise business but you won't get a card and US bank details. False! I've applied multiple times and every time you reject my application. I've even given you multiple calls and the rep said we don't support Pakistani customers for wise business.
Hey Asjid. Sending money through Wise is still available in Pakistan. You can find our guide to PKR transfer here: wi.se/guidetopkr
When we have balances and account details available in Pakistan, we'll be sure to share any updates with you. In the meantime, you can check what businesses we can onboard here: wi.se/allowedbusinesses
If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to us via DM over Facebook, X or Instagram; or else you can email/phone us here: wi.se/contactus
Hey WISE, pls make a detailed video on "How to set Autopay/Recurring payments on WISE?" to receive money automatically each month from senders bank account to receivers bank account especially for INDIA. Give reply. You guys are doing AMAZING!!!!
Hi there! We appreciate your feedback and we'll be sure to pass it along to our team. In the meantime, you many find this FAQ about scheduled transfers here: wi.se/scheduledtransfers
With scheduled transfers, you can choose to send out money at a later date of your choice and pick the frequency. Just keep in mind that the scheduled date of your transfer is the day we pull money from your account - not the day your recipient receives it.
Feel free to DM us on X, Instagram, or Facebook if you have any questions. We'll be happy to help.
U should partner with Upwork and allow payment to Cambodia
Hey there. Thanks for the suggestion and feedback. We’re working hard to allow customers to send KHR to Cambodia, but we're not quite there yet. That being said, we do support sending USD to Cambodia using international wire transfer. You can see the fees and simulate the transfer here: wi.se/ourfees
If you need more assistance, feel free to reach out to us via DM over Facebook, X or Instagram; or else you can email/phone us here: wi.se/help
Hope you will make the payment gateways as well with this kind of simple solutions.
Hi there, Manuka.
We'll always announce, in case of any updates regarding our services and products. Thanks for keeping up with us here 💚🤩
Can I make wise account? P.S: I'm 15 and I need it for my Model United Nations trips and also I'm citizen of EU (Bulgaria)
Hey there! Wise accounts are only available for users above the age of 18, as per our Terms of Use Agreement: wi.se/customeragreement
We know that's not the answer you were looking for, so your patience and understanding are both greatly appreciated. As soon as you've turned 18, we'll be more than happy to have you though.
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions. We're here to help.
Always Wise 💚
Thanks for choosing us Asim 🫶
Dast ist FANTASTISCH
Not to be a jerk, but _Payoneer_ is a dumb name.
Unless they had a western/cowboy theme going on, then it would be kinda cute.
But they have a rainbow circle for a logo, instead. 🙄 That's bad marketing.
@Wise I want to verify my account what Identity card do you suggest I can use
Hi there. Typically, we accept:
-Passport (photo page only)
-National ID card (with the exception of US military IDs)
-Photo driver's license (we can't accept Electronic Driving Licenses)
You can check here to see exceptions and a more detailed explanation of identity verification: wi.se/verifyyourid.
