Please know that to succeed, it's not just the people have talents and will work hard, but also the governments will be supportive. And to that latter point, I'm having the most heartache. As you know, in the US we get a lot of news of the collapse of various economies, and Mexico for the last 50 years has been a desolate place in more ways than one. Why are they building these gigs factories?? Where is the sales of their cars to support this?? Where is the electrical infrastructure to support the charging?? Can these giga factories, really be fall out shelters?? In preparing for a nuclear war?? They keep on talking about products they do not produce?? But will next year or the year after that or the year after??? They are receiving money from the government to build these. They are preparing for something else...

You have to understand R H, these factories are insane they so large and growing, Giga Berlin, Giga Shanghai and Giga Texas are still growing. But Giga Mexico is the "Death Star" will be the factory that kills all other auto manufactures, it will but them all out of business once operational.

The only thing that can lower the rates of drug trafficking in Mexico is to lower the consumer market and the money laundering that takes place in the financial system. from the USA, and arms smuggling to Mexico. but that is impossible, the US government does nothing to lower it. and only Mexico is to blame!!

actually, the mexican federal government suspended the gigafactory talks until tesla was able to provide a full environmental assessment. Nuevo León is an arid state, and abig concern was depleting resources like water and contaminating the desert and its few waterways. tesla has made agreements that these things will not happen, an judging from their successes in Berlin they stand to be decent stewards of the environment.
