It's been a long time coming but I have finally bought a new daily driver. My BMW X3 M40i has now been sold and this car replaces it.
It took me much longer to decide on a new daily than I thought but I am really happy with my final choice.

Well damn. Wasn’t expecting that! What a choice (and that’s coming from a previous X3 owner) 👏 Probably the best specced Audi out there! I’ve always been disappointed by the lack of choice you get with Audi interiors but this is a step in the right direction so nice to see a difference 👌

Looks awesome Sam, congrats! As far as the black optics pack goes, I too am more a fan of the aluminum optics look (though the black does look great) The trademark silver mirror caps would look great on there! As for the calipers, if you change the color I'd suggest yellow, that always looks so good with a green car
I also ended up with an RS car haha. I wanted a Macan SUV but I found a good deal on an 2020 RS3 on Auto Trader so I said: why not! Congrats dude enjoy the RS6!
Yes, change the black bits back to silver. That would suit this spec very well! And the brakes in another colour too!
Blacked out badges are the worst - about the most uninspiring modification people do to their cars

@@trooper1972 he harassed a family (on video), harassed a dozen or so TH-camrs (all on video again) and was driven away by police on multiple occasions. And this went on for months at a time
The difference with this channel is that Sam actually owns this car. He hasn't shown up to a dealer with a camera and titled his car 'Is this my new daily' or 'Purchasing a new Audi?'. He actually is driving this for real. Love this channel, love the honesty of it, big up Sam.

Such a vibe. I think automotive enthusiasts love a green over tan spec but most of the motoring public couldn't care less which means in the grand scheme of things it's a very special car. Congratulations; it's a nice reward for all the great content you put out!

When the first shot of the tan interior came on I freaked out. That's such a gorgeous car. Been proper excited to see it for ages (especially after dropping the teaser photo on Patreon). Congrats Sam. Awesome choice

Beautiful car, and great spec. I like the red on the calipers myself, but I do prefer silver stuff rather than black pack kit for badges etc.
Although it's a lot of cash to spend on a daily, it's the total cost of ownership that matters in the end, so it'll be interesting to see how that turns out when it eventually leaves. I'm guessing residuals on them will be strong for a good while yet.
We'll find out in about 6 months time. I can see this going the same way as the 540C.
To be fair, those Hankook UHP tires were specially made with Audi for that car, and pretty popular among Audi fans. May want to check the forums a bit before removing them because they aren't Michelins.
Not a huge Audi-guy, but gotta love this one. Perfect spec. That color is gorgeous. Interior and wheels are top notch, as well. Enjoy your new ride mate!

Sam, amazing car and unbelievably was shown on Archie Hamilton’s channel a couple of weeks ago. In his words he thought about changing his for it as it was so good. I don’t think there is a better car out there and the spec is awesome, very sophisticated. I hope you have many happy miles in it👍

@@JackFountainMedia Yeah, but either way a beautiful car and for us as viewers the opportunity to see more of it, great choice and suits Sam far more than it would Archie. Archie’s blacked out with Vossen wheels, body kit etc is Archie to a tee (that’s not me knocking him, as I love the look of his car as well) but if Sam adds the chrome etc to his, he is more suited to it, the more refined look fits Sam better
Awesome new car. The exterior colour and interior are perfect. Not a fan of touch screen for HVAC that is something that should always remain physical buttons and knobs. Hopefully the steering wheel is also physical controls. Not really fused over the brake calipers or the black out package, it would be nice to see what you do with that. Looking forward to more videos with this car. Keep up the good work.

Congrats Sam! Guys, Sam is doing what all of you need to do. If you guys want fewer SUVs and more estates/wagons, go and freaking buy them, convince your family and friends to buy them. Do the heavy lifting, don’t just plead the manufacturer on social media to make them. Even if it’s an i30 Tourer or a Mazda 6, the more you buy, the more the e manufacturers are gonna make. Wishing you many happy miles in this beast, Sam! I’m more an RS4 guys because that V6 gives me more pleasure with its loud raspy exhaust note, instead of this relatively flat, V8 rumble grumble, but the new RS6 is so stupidly epic to look at, I take pictures of every one I see out on the road!

Hankook tyrea sre under rated! i did over 30k miles on a set. However, I do prefer Michelin for grip. “Steer” clear of pirrelli or Bridgestone! Love the RS6! You must be raking it in…. Buys a house, ditches a £40k car for one 3 times the value! Not to mention several trips abroad. Re Running in. Keep below 3,000rpm. It’s on google!

When you said that the spec of the car was the special thing about it in your podcast, I knew it was going to be a green over tan car! That spec is amazing! Also, I'd go for black callipers, I think they'd look best.
I never thought twice about owning an Audi until I had my Porsche 928 S4 serviced. They gave me an Audi as a loner. This was back in 1984. And I was astonished with the feel of the car. It was almost as solid as my Porsche.
Red calipers aren't that bad tbh. CRACKING Spec! Don't change anything for a couple months and see what actually annoys you. Chris Harris made the comment the run in period is more about the transmission than anything.

Definitely agree with the deleting the black pack.. Maybe brushed silver badges and grille surround and the side skirts and roof bars in the graphite to match the wheels would be a good shout... Love the car though

Usually don't like chrome/aluminum trim on the exterior but Audi just make it look WAY better than the optional black trim

Love the car Sam I don’t think anyone is disappointed. One adventure that is car was made for would be Scandinavia in winter with silver steel wheels, winter tires and a Thule roof box 👍 maybe make a snowboarding trip there’s some pretty amazing parks up there. Enjoy the car I’m officially jealous my daily is a white a3 🤣 but we’re both part of Audi crew!
Looks wise it is spot on - metallic green and cognac is a great combination. Maybe you could do the Audi rings in silver along with the brake calipers

Have always loved the Greenwood green. I had it on my B7 RS4, absolutely stunning colour and hugely underrated.

What a spec... I wouldn't touch the blacked out grille etc, apart from maybe getting chrome audi badges. Think that would set the car off nicely with the wheels. Black calipers or a different colour on the brakes maybe better, have you considered a shade of yellow? Might sound mad but would kind of go with the interior and look good with the green. Anyway, huge congrats and looking forwards to the videos this year!

Beautiful! You just can't go wrong with a forest green paint exterior and a luscious tan leather interior. Those shades of tan are my absolute favorites for a car's interior!
