Love Probitas, I also love Transcontinental, I havent seen the high seas up here, but I will lookout for it. I did get the Homes Cay mixing blend and it makes a pretty interesting (non jamaican) Daiquiri. Cheers!

the new Worthy Park Unaged Overproof is really good for Daiquiri's and a decent sipper and super clean and well worth $30

I think new Hamilton Breezeway blend is a good challenger to Probitas. And it’s quite a bit cheaper. 🍹
