Hey Bayo as soon as i see your video i have to play it ty for sharing with us keep going strong your channel soon take off i am going to ask my son to tell me what you need to get the algerrythm to pick u up
Mr Bayo great job. I like what you are doing with experimenting and finding ways to do things better with this house. I would suggest though that using bright tile colors (white, off white, light gray with accent colors of black, gray, silver or gold combinations) in the bathroom is alwas a good way to go. You could paint after flooring is done you would just need to cover the floors and tape down the cardboards. Remember the floor trims have to be painted and is best done when flooring is completed.
Ty 4 the update...looking really good...as far as the next steps go, I would finish the wall work (screeding/tiling/painting) b4 finishing the floors to avoid paint, mud or chip marks...tfs...
Things are coming together quite nicely! Great project management on your part!
You are very useful the old man must be very happy
Plz do another update on the free water project when it progress
Video would be out this weekend. Be on the lookout

Wow. I did not know that our cement houses can be renovated this way. I did not know that walls can be broken down

Hello Bayo, Flooring comes first, then the painting of the walls to finish. The painting is the proverbial icing on the cake...topping off .👍
looking good so far

Kudos Mr. Bayo
Hi Bayo how long did the bathroom renovation take?
❤❤❤❤
I like the bath enclosure. How can I get that in the East?
Hi Bayo, the wooden floor in the bathroom, is it tile or is it wood?
its wood plank
OK, how well would wood hold up in a bathroom considering the likelihood of it getting wet. Or is it sort of waterproof?
Are those wooden floors in the bathroom?
Hello Bayo. Want to work on a project. How can I make contact
Bayo, where is this building located?
painting of the walls before flooring ...
Can we have names of the builders as reference?
What is the black handle thing on the wall in the bathroom is this a bidet?
yes :)
What I don’t like is the wall tiles..darker shade would have been better but then we make do with what we have…
I'm not a fan of the toilet. Wouldn't it be hard and expensive to replace?...
Why do you have wood on the floor of the bathroom or is that not wood tile
it just look like wood
I dint like black in my house silver or maybe gold
I don't like the wooden floor.
Every other thing looks good 👍
