  • Check out the BioLite CampStove 2+ here:

This one’s going to knock your socks off especially if you’re a fan of innovative design. The CampStove 2+ from BioLite takes the original award-winning stove to the next level.
Boil water or cook a meal, and while you’re at it, the heat creates electricity that drives a fan to aerate the fire. The excess energy is stored onboard for charging your devices from an integrated 3200mAh battery which offers 20% more juice than the previous model. Just add renewable biomass fuel such as twigs, pinecones or wood pellets and once lit, the stove will produce an efficient smokeless fire for cooking and will generate 5V of power to charge your devices. This unit can also be pre-USB charged at home before you head off and will then keep your devices powered without the need for fire. There's also a LED smart dashboard that makes it easy to see the power output, fire strength and fan speed settings at a glance. The honeycomb mesh on the outside of the stove adds heat protection, and the pot stand makes it easy to accommodate separate BioLite accessories.
The BioLite CampStove 2+ charges your devices, stores power for later and eliminates the need to pay for fuel. What more could you want from a compact and portable stove?

Got all 3 of these , the blue cookstove and the original campstove 2 and the new yellow campstove 2+ . I use all 3 of these backpacking a lot and I've never had any problems with the original yellow one as some people have had issues with, but I don't use the kettlepots ports facing the battery either lol , whats nice about these is the thermocoupler which generates electricity and the fact that it reburns the gasses and smoke..ive got the kettlepot and coffee french press that makes about 6 cups of coffee and the grill plate which works fantastic for burgers in the backyard. Plus a few people here don't seem to know is the stove can nest in the kettlepot itself so there's no need to worry about space

A fine review. I wonder if they can use the same technology in hybrid cars? Place the heat probe somewhere in the exhaust to change the hybrid battery.

That would actually be a wicked invention! I'm sure someone's doing it somewhere.

Probably better to place the heat probe into a politicians orifice, would power a small town with the hot air coming out, the bigger the lie the more electricity produced!

Great innovation and great product demo and review. Keep 'em up 👍 But this product is not for me. I can see myself fidldling too much around with twigs just to boil water or cook meals etc. I'll stick to my Jetboil.

I have seen many videos of these but you said few more things which they didn't... That's why I Liked , Loved and Subscribed... But Please next time go on real outdoor place and try to shoot in shadow so that the flames , lights and your good face can be seen , the sunlight was makin you squeeze your eyes... And Please shot with SONY camera so that once focused it doesn't go out of focus no matter how many times you move and shoot on auto and the sensors of SONY do their magic... Now Canon and Nikon people will give me lessons... 🤣🤣🤣 NO NEED... THANK YOU...
