I became a syngonium convert after my friend brought to my attention how easy they are. I think the word "rewarding" is really appropriate. They seem to pump out new leaves like crazy and most of them are very low on drama. My favorite is Chiapense followed closely by the syngonium erythrophyllum. I'm getting a green splash soon! I love them all! I'm glad to see some of yours in leca because I was thinking about moving one of my more common ones to leca as an experiment.
It makes me so happy to see someone else who loves Syngonium as much as I do, haha. The Chiapense is so underrated! In my experience, Syngonium are SO easy care and don't need super bright light or fancy grow lights in order to thrive. Thanks for sharing your amazing collection!
Awesome collection. I want the syngonium tricolor, it's so pretty. I've been experimenting with just letting plants grow in water and it's been great. I use the same nutrient mix that I use for leca plants. My calathea are all thriving in plain water so maybe your syngonium would be fine in just water too 😊
@@GetPlantyWithIt I’ve loved snygonium so much and I’m working on getting a wendlandii right now to add to my collection around my area you have to find people that you can get plants from due to us not having any plant shops except big box stores. Hopefully I will get one in the next week and it will probably be my next favorite because of the velvet look it has.
The Syngonium Fam Has Proven To Be Some Comeback Plant Kings And Queens!!! I Have The Albo And What Is Supposed To Be The Yellow... BUT Has Produced Foliage That Has Looked Mighty Albo To Me!!! I Have A Lanky Batik And A Lanky Three Kings...I Recently Repotted The Batik And Took Some Cuttings. I Haven't Cut My Three Kings YET...He's Still Rooting Up In The Cup Of Sphagnum Moss He Came In...Perhaps This Weekend IF I Decide He's Ready To Be Potted- Up. I, Of Course Want A Mojito AND I Have A Chiapense On The Way!!!
