Love this build!! Something I always admire about your build videos, Deli, is how quickly and confidently you make choices and try new things. When I build, it always takes me forever, and I don't even really like my end product. Your build videos, however, make me feel so relaxed and calm.

I _really_ like this renovation! While I always appreciate Deli's talent, I am not a huge fan of the usual very modern style she goes for, I think just cause I grew up with what could frankly be called an excessive amount of color. I like things a little more subdued though, and this build is hitting that mark perfectly. It seems _so_ cozy and inviting, and I think it has legitimately influenced how I'd like to style my own space eventually!

I really loved the rustic look of the old house but I have to say that this reno is fantastic! I can’t wait to see what drama occurs in the next generation

Sims CC really makes the whole game in my opinion. I love all the CC packs you use.
By the time I get a PC to play with, the Sims 5 will probably be out 😂

Only thing I think you forgot was an area for extra stuff, like the extra crib and whatnot. In the last house you used the attic for that. Not sure if you still want a place like that but I think it’s the only thing “missing”. Love the new look tho!!!
i actually never noticed the rattan at the back of the shelves, until you mentioned it 😂

I was definitely not too sure about that roof but then when you put the windows on it looked SO COOL!!! I love this build, and I especially just adore all the sincerity and love that you put into renovating this house for your sims . I love your build videos, they're so relaxing. Loooove this renovation! I think you did such a great job with the bright “orange” wood tone, very mid-century vibes! and while I love a cc free build I understand that the brutalist bathroom cc is soooo good (maybe one of my favorites? plus the bafroom curtains!) and makes all bathrooms look fabuloussss
for a dream build I think it’d be fun to see you do a build swap with James (where you each build a house and then furnish each other’s houses) 😊 I know it’s different now that you live together but I’ve always enjoyed your build collabs and I would love to see a comeback of them!
Video idea!! You or James build the house with a floor plan and the other person furnishes it not knowing what rooms you had meant for them to be.

Just watched James’ video where he used an ai to build an house and remembering how the ai always added green to the rooms. Maybe deli is an AI too with how green this house is. 😂😂 (but I’m really loving it though)

Nice Reno on the house. One suggestion: That small window you used above the front door area roof, maybe use another one of those by the hot tub and bookcase area, instead of the window you used. I figured that window might be about the same width as the one you used, and provide a little more privacy while still allowing you to have a window there.
I hope when 9th generation has the 10th, your sims end up having triplets.

I love this build, and I love all the CC, but I wanted to point out that console players cannot download CC builds at all. It's not like on PC, where you can just download it and the CC won't show up. On the console gallery, there is no "include custom content" option, so those builds don't show up.
Yeah she had been told this. Repeatedly told this. She should know by now but just keeps uploading cc builds lying that console can download them when we can't.

I also dislike the roofing step the most because I struggle so much with making a good looking roof. I love the side slanted roofs the most though. This house is sooooo cute!!!!!!! 😍😍😍😍

The terrain paint looks a lil wonky (as if you didn't correct it) but otherwise the house is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I aspire to be able to build like you - I'm not good at modern or contemporary builds but you make it work with such ease, it's incredible!! It's such a big house and has a lot of unique features too! I love it
seems like that spare room is essentially a yoga/wellness room. probably good for anyone with spa day haha 😅
