@@combominer895 all prebuilts are awful and expensive. would be worse than getting a laptop.

@@ultragokanthegdm glad you understand. but dont go with a gaming laptop. please. just get a regular one with a good processor and save up to be able to buy your own PC when your parents just don't care.

I really like seeing this. I am selling my 1800x build because I just upgraded. For my recent use cases I have needed my 5900x. For most things my 1800x PC is more than enough.
I wish when I got into PCs that I had such great options for budget building.
This must be what the 386 486 days were like.

Nice budget build. Maybe go with 20 bucks more a power supply with sleeves cables. 😁

Such an old processor but with some bios updates i think you could put a newer one inside

all my pc is 1600 1660 and 1600 ram, triple 1600s!

I feel like using a 1660S was a bad idea. my current PC has a base 1600 and a R51600 and im always running into bottlenecks with CPU speeds and such, especially when downloading stuff unless its a very low file size.

Thanks for all the tips, but this PC was built with some parts that i had laying around, so i am not really going to spend more money for upgrades
