Actually, I rode from West Brant to Paris through the OakHill Trail Bridge and returned to West Brant on that day. I think I should have watched your video before I did the bike trip.
There are bike routes from Brantford to Niagara Falls that avoid Hamilton. If you're comfortable with road riding there is one that takes you though Welland and avoids the Niagara Escarpment. Use Google maps (or your favourite mapping tool) to pan your trip.

Nice bike George! I'm riding a Giant Roam 1 (Hybrid) but hope to add a cyclocross to the stable soon (need more speed to do the rail trails!) lol. Have a good riding season! Alex :)
