Officer J.P. Parker has problems with his observational skills by not recognising a tripod and camera and also believing he sees an empty car park that is in fact very full. This lack of ability to witness things and identify them properly is probably what has prevented him from being promoted despite his many years of service. Lt. R.S. Donnelly"s remark about them just "doing their thing" interprets as, we engage law abiding members of the public and harrass them while colleagues assemble in case we need to intimidate and abuse them further. Both officers found guilty of fraud and stealing from the public purse should have been fired, with loss of pension rights and barred from employment in law enforcement anywhere in the future, at the very least. The fact that they were not speaks to the level of acceptable corruption in this police department and makes the department an unworthy recipient of public funds as its own officers can not follow their own rules and regulations.
So 2 GMWB CAN STEAL MONEY FROM THE TOWN THAT THEY WORK FROM!!!! AND NOT ONLY NOT GO TO JAIL????? BUT CAN REMAIN EMPLOYED???? WHAT THE PHUX????? REALLY???? WOW NOW THAT'S INCREDIBLE THEY REALLY DO GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING!!! Did anyone HAPPEN TO NOTICE???? that they didn't report the dollar figures that both of them had stolen FROM THE TOWN?? YOU NO THAT WAS DONE ON PURPOSE!!!! Because had they told the public what the actual dollar value was.... the public would be extremely upset/pissed off!!! 175 hours of overtime at a minimum rate of pay off $150.00 per hour just for the one gmwab $26,000.00 in what'd they say 7 months? Can you steal $1,000.00 a week from your job... and not only not be in jail, but still have your job?? You no they stole 175 ot hours but they damn sure didn't pay back ot hours!!! Ok yep here you go take some of my 10,000 hours of unused vacation days, sick days, unused holidays, comp Days, in suite there is more days of that we don't no about but either way it's regular pay.. NOT O.T. PAY! EVERY DAY ITS SOMETHING NEW THAT THEIR GETTING AWAY WITH... WITH ZERO CONSEQUENCES!!! WHEN DOES THE CORRUPTION STOP?? WHEN WILL THE AMERICAN SHEEP WAKE UP AND SEE WHAT THEY ARE DOING... INSTEAD OF JUST LISTENING TO WHAT THEY ARE BEING LIED TO... RIGHT TO THEIR FACES!!! IT HAS TO STOP!!!
He did his job see something say something. He seen a person walking around and asked if they needed anything. It's how a police officer interact with the public. We need more police like this. Ones that will step up and speak to random people other then criminals. Build a report with the public. Again GREAT JOB by both officers here and the gentleman behind the window for doing his job. Asking if he needed anything.. A+++
He did call backup. Everyone coming out, he was thumbs up to them saying "it's okay now". And the Lt said "I was just around the corner". How did he know you were there?
I want the rules changed so when Officers violate the law & are under investigation - like here - they are not put on leave WITH PAY. There's no consequence this way. Time & time again we're told the same old story of Cops engaging in misconduct & breaking laws. The procedure is corrupt because they get put on leave with pay. So they investigate & give him some easy little deal like here he had to pay back a few hours but when people stop talking about it, & there's no more articles released that's when they quietly rehire the criminal cops either at the same department or in another city. It's sneaky & corrupt. When cops break the law they need to suffer consequences. These two cops stole money from the people in this city. Thieves cannot be Officers of the law. That's bullshit.
That LT. is a good man! Good professional law enforcement officer who is well educated, risen through the ranks, and even served our country overseas in the United States Army! Anyone who has issues with him must be a bum with zero class.
The scales of justice are not equal. For a person to get justice, he needs to get everyone in the criminal justice system to cooperate with him. However, if just one person, important enough to the process, decides not to cooperate, that could end all of the hopes that a person has to get justice, And there are no possible criminal consequences to a person in authority for refusing to cooperate with a person trying to get justice. Everything is up to that person in authority's discretion. This is a system of justice only for people of wealth and/or status. For the rest of us, it's an injustice system rigged against us.
The "Parking for Employees Only" obviously is for vehicles. The "No Trespassing" sign would apply to all "non-employee" people. The fact that the sign is not right next to the footpath, but only 15 feet away would be tough to argue, in a court of law, that the area was not posted. That indeed would be a risky assumption.
Best answer to the question of where are your press credentials, that I have ever heard. Good guy Audits asked the cop where their credentials are to practice their religion. Where are your credentials to practice your speech?! Video named "Cops don’t know law or the first amendment!!!" by Good guy Audits on Jun 19, 2022. 8:48 the officer just lied about not knowing about the report number he has a walkie-talkie that is tuned to a special frequency us modern folk people can't talk on that goes to a special type of dispatch for the police officer Oso special that when he says can I get a report number the magical walkie-talkie has a slight delay but then put out special number
There's no such thing as a good enforcer. The whole “good/bad Cop” question can be disposed of much more decisively. We need not enumerate what proportion of cops appears to be good or, listen to someone’s anecdote about his uncle Charlie, an allegedly good cop. We need only consider the following: (1) Every cop has agreed as part of his job to enforce laws, all of them. (2) Many of the laws are manifestly unjust, and some are even Cruel & Wicked. (3) Therefore, every cop has agreed to act as an enforcer of laws that are manifestly unjust, or even Cruel & Wicked, thus, there are No Good Cops. - Dr. Robert Higgs
Badges and guns don't come with the authority to ignore the Constitution, they come with the responsibility to protect it. -Assistant Special Agent in Charge Chris MacRae with the FBI in Atlanta after the sentencing of Clayton County, Georgia Sheriff Victor Hill on 14-MAR-2023.
Victims of cops stealing their time should be compensated at 2x the pay is everyone involved in the stop, including the dispatchers plus the hourly cost of all of the equipment used. There should be a minimum reimbursement fee of 10x the cost of the minimum wage.
Great audit man👊. I love auditors like you who don’t fumble and are very straight forward and articulate while communicating with these criminal hand members.
All over this country public officals take it on there own to post unconstitutional signs without the education of the laws! They are not to enforce on what they think is right but what the law is and that's in the offical procedures.
I get your point but you are wrong. The sign is legal and put there to stop people from using the parking lot like a park. Now I won't debate whether it should be ok for people to use the public owned lot like a park, but should you be allowed to go take a nap in a cell, or go borrow a cop car for a ride to Vegas? There has to be some limitations or it would get ridiculous.
I don't think all cops are bad because of the actions of a few. I know all cops are 'bad' because all cops, as a condition of their employment, swear to enforce all laws, including laws which are unjust and initiate violence on peaceful people. It's the job they are sworn to do. Pledging to suspend morality and logic in order to unquestioningly impose the will of psychopaths and sociopaths on your fellow man is morally unacceptable. So, yes, all cops are bad, but not because of the actions of a few, there are good people, and there are cops who are otherwise good people, but there are no good cops.
It’s obvious cops turned those cops in. 😂 WHY they weren’t fired immediately when it was found that it was true is the problem with policing. Any other career field would have fired the stealing scum.
People are scared with what’s going on today with guns. Yeah, that officer is correct for a bunch of officers with guns hurting people and doing scary things like violating rights.

They both should have been fired and never work in police enforcement. They're so corrupt in covering their owns... Back the police! Vote for the mayor! No, thank you!

There's nothing wrong with saying that to a LEO, but don't be surprised when they want to continue the conversation. Maybe he thinks he can help. Just a thought.
I don't think they did anything wrong? It is perfectly ok for anyone to come up and observe what someone is doing in a public space. They didn't get pushy at all. The auditor kept instantiating conversation with them, trying to provoke a response. I don't think it is unreasonable for someone to approach someone in a public space to see what they are doing. Not is it unreasonable for the auditor to decline to answer questions and state they are within their rights to be there doing the activity. I heard no argument from the officers about it, why was this even a thing? Legit would like to understand a bit better...

How honest are police officers? Look in the officers locker room, where only police officers are allowed, and see if there are locks on those lockers. Let that sink in for a second or two. Go to a fire station and check out their area where they reside for their shift of three or four days at a time and check how their personal belongings are stocked or stowed! I would trust a fireman/woman over any officer. These people cook for each other, watch each others backs and I have never heard of a fireman ever poisoning another on purpose. They are true hero’s.
Officer J.P. Parker has problems with his observational skills by not recognising a tripod and camera and also believing he sees an empty car park that is in fact very full. The sign was for the parking area for the police employees not the building.

Sign does say no trespassing
What are they hiding? What are they terrified about?
