I've been using 20%+ vitamin c and (TO) azelaic in the morning for months now and I've seen good results with it. I also use Paulas azelaic sometime in the evening when I don't retinol, works perfect.
Were you using it for hyperpigmentation?

I’m fairly new to the Dr. Dray train, but I’m glad I’m here y’all. Just started using the zapzyt SA cleanser, cetaphil redness creams, and the neutrogena rapid wrinkle fragrance free retinol cream. The cetaphil redness day cream can be a little drying but it does help with the redness. Thank you so much for recommending these products Dr. Dray! ☺️

I used to always buy "regular" Quaker oats until I found out they were high in pesticides. Now, I only buy the organic oats. The last time I was at Costco (Canada), I saw that they are now carrying a BIG bag of Organic quick oats, which made me really happy.

We have a similar crisper tray and it’s just ok. Thought it would be like an air fryer combined with the convection setting in our oven but it’s not quite good enough. 😕 So we’re getting a nice Ninja toaster oven/air fryer for Christmas. 🙌🏽

Hey Dr! I have a question, maybe I'm just overthinking it, but is it ok to apply a product over the cerave moisturizing cream? I know it contains petrolatum which is a powerful occlusive and I was wondering if it could interfere with the efficacy of retinol for example

We have similar hair types, I always thought my hair was big and fluffy but it was really just dry and frizzy loll now that I am using the right hair products, my hair looks much silkier and it’s not as big but I appreciate how healthy it looks.
Make sure to trim your wicks before relighting!! If you don’t that ball of soot will ruin your candle and make it smell smoky! :)

Is the Carol's Daughter Wash Day Delight okay for color treated hair? I've been using it once a week now ever since you mentioned it in one of your videos. I love it!! But, I recently had my hair colored/highlighted and I couldn't find any information on the bottle or website stating if it would or wouldn't be okay for color treated hair. I hope it is because I've been loving it!
Dr. Dray what is your recommendation to fade or get rid of brown spots?
Regarding the balls sticking together easier, you may have better luck mixing the psillium husk with the water to form a binding ingredient, let it sit a minute or two to thicken, and then mix with the dry ingredients. When using psillium husk in vegan baking, I add a touch of chia or flax seeds; in addition to being an egg substitute, it raises the fiber content and is also another binding agent. For a savory flavor in my rolls, I add Nutritional Yeast.
Skin care question- I go surfing a few times a week and am always careful about the sun and use lots of waterproof sunscreen but is there any evidence for ocean water being good or bad for the skin? Would love to hear about that!
I use finacea and I find it hard to spread out the amount I'm supposed to use to my whole face. Would it be ok to use a basic hyaluronic acid serum (hada Labo lotion) or pure squalane to thin the consistency so it spreads easier?

@DrDray The only hummus I like is the Boar's Head brand. I get it at Kroger (Fry's) here in Arizona. I get the artichoke & spinch or kalamata olive flavors. But a few months ago I spotted a new one called everything bagel! I've never had that seasoning before, but am of course very familiar with it after watching you for years.
