These days companies that even respond, with intelligence, is rare. You either get ghosted, get someone with limited technical aptitude, get someone with orders from above to defect your concerns. I pointed out something to Helix and they responded with an engineer the next day which I really appreciate and so will keep it confidential it's not a fatal concern, just something they could make better and they agreed.
