- In this video I give real practical advice on door-to-door sales for my personal experience of over 8 million in sales over the last few years. My best advice to anybody doing this is being truly authentic to yourself and speaking the way that you speak to homeowners and don't try to be a robot and too scripted the door. and always keep in mind providing actual genuine value to the homeowner is always going to be the best clothes compared to forcing or applying pressure to someone who may not really want to make a decision in the moment.

1) When you don't get a yes for whatever reason but they seem interested do you leave a business card and/or written quote and leave it up to them to contact you again? Or do you try to collect phone info and follow up another day?
2) do you mostly prefer to schedule for another day or do it on the spot?
Yes I always try to get a business card into their hands if I can I'll try to get a phone number or provide a quote on the spot for them to consider. And then if I do sell a job I schedule it for another day almost all the time.
Solid advice. I feel like it would easy to over complicate.

I have all forms of payments. Apple pay, Google pay, CC, check, cash, venmo you name it
